Construction job cost tracker
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases
Stroyka is job costing and crew management built for small construction teams — not bloated enterprise software.
Track every dollar and every hour across all your active projects, see real profit per job, and keep your crew organized from one simple app. Works fully offline on the job site and syncs automatically when you're back online.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Job costing & P&L — budget vs. actual labor, materials, and fuel for every project, in real time
• Crew timesheets — workers log hours per project; approve and export with a tap
• GPS time clock — verify workers are on-site at clock-in/out with optional geofence checks (location captured only at that moment, never in the background)
• Materials & expenses — log purchases with photos of receipts, by category and vendor
• Supply requests — workers request materials from the field; you approve and track them
• Daily logs — capture site notes, weather, safety, and crew activity each day
• Fuel tracking — log mileage and fuel costs per vehicle
• Tasks — assign work to your crew with priorities and due dates
• Invoices — bill clients and track what's paid, unpaid, and unbilled
• Reports & export — CSV and PDF exports anytime; your data is always yours
BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works offline — keep working with no signal; everything syncs later
• Boss & Worker roles — bosses see the full picture; workers get a simple, focused view
• Your data is isolated and encrypted — each company's data is strictly private
• Available in English, Spanish, and Russian

The Report, rebuilt. Step month by month and see where the money went — labor, materials, contracts, fuel — with the top three in each, and what changed against the same days last month.
New: Statement for client (PDF). A clean job statement for your client: spent to date against the budget, purchases with receipt photos, and a work log — never your crew's names or pay. Find it in the job's ⋯ menu or under Export on the Report.
The Excel export is now a profit-and-loss: invoiced, received, spent and profit for every job, losing jobs first, plus an Invoices tab.
Invoices: labor is billed at your own hourly rate for clients, so your crew's pay never shows on an invoice. Delete invoice is in the invoice's ⋯ menu, and a payment recorded by mistake can be removed.
Settings, redesigned: what you pay and what you charge per hour, side by side, with what you keep.
Plus fixes.
1.0.45 1d ago
Materials, redesigned. Scanned receipts now look like receipts, and every card shows its job and total at a glance.
Open any purchase and the page is the receipt: the photo, every line, the total, a clear warning when the printed total doesn't match the lines, and a link to the invoice it was billed on.
For the boss: see how much of the job's materials a purchase is, and jump straight to that job's costs with materials already picked.
New: Photos in the ⋯ menu, to view, add or remove a purchase's photos.
Plus fixes.
1.0.44 2d ago
Tasks, rebuilt around the work. The task list leads with the job and its project, and only shows a message when someone else has written something new. Everything updates live.
Each task now opens as a job ticket: what needs doing up top, the conversation below. Photos and messages from the crew arrive the moment they are sent. Swipe up to open the conversation, and press and hold Start or Finish to move the job along.
New: History. From the ⋯ menu on a task, see who changed what and when, and how long each step took. Requests have the same History, now with the approved and paid amounts.
Plus fixes.
1.0.43 4d ago
Your job list now shows where each job stands. Every card has a money bar that turns from green to amber to red as the budget runs out, and jobs that need you sit at the top under Needs you. Open one and the bar grows into the project page.
New on the project page: Money in & out. To collect shows what clients still owe you on the job, To pay shows what you still owe your crews and subs. Tap either one to see the invoices or contracts behind it, the ones that need action first.
A new bottom bar. The + now lives inside it, only on screens where you can add something, and the bar folds out of the way while you scroll.
Plus fixes.
1.0.42 Oct 2
A new project page. The top card shows what the job has cost so far, split by labor, materials, fuel, requests and contracts, and its budget is a handle you drag right there. Tap a category to see just those costs.
Everything that went into a job is now one timeline, grouped by day with each day's total. A scanned receipt shows as one line.
Adding costs is faster. Tap Add cost on a job, type the amount on the big number pad, say what it was for, and tap + Another to log the next one without starting over.
Set a job's budget right from the Report by dragging, and every job now appears under By project, even without a budget.
Plus fixes.
1.0.41 Oct 1
New: every photo on a job, in one place. Open a project and tap Photos to see task, daily log, request, material and receipt photos grouped by day. Filter by source or date range, and save or share up to 50 at once — with an optional stamp showing the date, job and who took it.
Pick several photos at once in task chat, daily logs, requests and materials.
Share or save any photo straight from the viewer.
Photos are now sharper, and photos you share never include your location.
Plus fixes.
1.0.40 Sep 29
Photos you've already opened now load instantly and use less data.
Forgot your PIN? The link on the lock screen is now easy to see, and it asks before signing you out.
The auto-lock setting now says what it does: the app locks when you've been away from it for the time you pick.
Plus fixes.
1.0.39 Sep 28
Your client list is now on the free plan: save up to 3 clients. A new invoice fills Bill To from the job's client.
Invite your crew with a link over WhatsApp, Telegram or a text. After setting a password they land straight in the app.
Setup is three steps and starts in your own currency.
Log a gas receipt without a distance.
The Team page works offline.
Plus fixes.
1.0.38 Sep 26
Hours and fuel logged against the wrong job can now be moved to the right one — until that job is billed.
Amounts and rates accept a decimal comma.
Invite and password links now survive a weak connection, and can be retried.
Clearer messages across sign-in, sync and reports.
1.0.37 Sep 24
Signing in is a little cleaner.
Plus fixes to invites and account settings.
1.0.36 Sep 21
Free now covers three active jobs, up from two.
Password reset and invite links open straight in the app.
Fixes across onboarding and reports.

Bug fixes and improvements.
1.0.34 Sep 17
Deleted jobs stop counting
Delete a job and it leaves your totals — on the Report tab, on the projects list, and in every export. Restore it and the money comes straight back.
- A deleted job takes its tasks and day-off marks with it
- Reports covering everything now say "All time" instead of odd dates
- Messages appear in your own language, not English
- Password reset links are more reliable: some mail providers were opening them before you did
1.0.33 Sep 16
Sign in with Apple or Google
Creating an account is one tap now. Continue with Apple or Google, name your company, and you're in. Already have an account? The same buttons sign you in.
- A new welcome screen: create a free account first, sign in second
- A way back on every sign-in screen
- Deleting your account also removes Stroyka from your Apple ID sign-ins
1.0.32 Sep 14
Hours for the whole crew
Some of your crew will never fill in a timesheet on a phone. Now they don't have to. Give one person on site permission to file hours for the others, and the paper sheet goes away.
- One tap per person, or select the whole crew and enter the same day once
- Mark someone as not having worked — the boss sees the dash, not a gap
- Somebody worked two jobs in a day? File as many entries as the day actually had
- Two people can share the job: if one is away, the other can still file, and each can correct only their own entries
- An entry that is already on an invoice is locked, and says so
Everywhere else
- Filter your timesheet to just the days off
- Mid-shift, "View timesheet" and "Clock out" are two proper buttons instead of one and a link
1.0.31 Sep 13
Every card in the app now reads the same way: the name first, the one number that matters on the right, the details underneath in plain text. Fewer boxes, fewer labels, easier to scan on site.
- Materials, Timesheet and Fuel open on your recent entries instead of collapsed dates — and show everything when a month is quiet
- Receipt photos lead the row, so you can spot the receipt you need
- Requests show what was spent and, only when it differs, how far over or under the approved amount
- The Report tab puts the money first and is easier to read at a glance
- The worker home names every button, including Daily log
Fixes
- Notifications title no longer shouts in capitals
- A daily log can no longer be saved empty
1.0.30 Sep 10
Your subscription, in the right place
Managing your plan now takes you where the plan actually lives — the App Store, if that is where you subscribed.
Fixes
- After an update, if Stroyka cannot upgrade its local copy of your data, it now rebuilds it from your account instead of getting stuck
- "Last synced" no longer counts in thousands of minutes after a long gap
- A photo added to a request from outside the photo viewer now appears straight away
- Kyrgyz som (KGS) added to the currency list
1.0.29 Sep 8
Sign up without leaving the app
Creating a Stroyka account no longer sends you to a website. Tap "Create one" on the sign-in screen.
Upgrade in the app
Starter and Pro can now be bought and managed inside Stroyka, with the price and billing period shown before you buy. Already subscribed? "Restore purchases" brings your plan back on a new phone.
A quieter read
Page headers, filters and buttons are more consistent across the app, and money reads the way it should — no cents where they add nothing.
Fixes
- The customer field on a project now respects your plan
- Budget burn rate measures the days you actually worked, not the date range you picked
- Requests waiting on a decision now show up under "Needs your eyes"
1.0.28 Sep 7
Filter the timesheet by worker.
Pick a date range and a person, and the hours and labour cost at the top of the timesheet show that person only. It is the fastest way to answer "what did this week cost me for him" without adding anything up by hand. Rates are read as they were when each entry was filed, so a back-dated week stays correct even if someone's rate has changed since.
Also in this release:
Spanish now writes money the way it is written in the US and Mexico — $1,234.56 rather than 1.234,56 $ — and shows times on a 12-hour clock.
Fixed a problem where a task assigned to someone could fail to appear in their app, even though they received the notification for it. Tapping that notification could also report that the task was no longer available.
A photo added to a daily log now shows up immediately instead of only after leaving the screen and coming back.
Empty screens no longer sit underneath the bottom bar, the add button no longer repeats a button already on screen, and the deleted archive no longer offers a date filter that cannot apply to it.
1.0.26 Sep 3
Job costing is now free.
You no longer need a paid plan to see what a job actually cost you. Materials, fuel, labour and hours all add up on the project page, next to what is left of the budget, so you can tell a job that is making money from one that is quietly eating it. The free plan covers 2 active jobs at a time; finish or archive one and the slot frees up.
Invoicing is free now too, up to 3 invoices a month.
If you built an invoice without the client's email, you no longer have to start over. Tap Send and Stroyka asks for the address, saves it, and sends.
Also in this release: the App Store now correctly lists Spanish, which the app has spoken all along. Fixed a timesheet filter that still said "All projects" after you had picked one, a customer email that was cut off mid-address, and a swipe on the customer list that pushed the row off the card.
1.0.25 Aug 30
Your client book is here.
Save a client once and reuse them. On an invoice, pick a customer and their name, address and email fill in for you — no more retyping the same details every month. Tap to call, email or get directions from their page, and see what each client still owes you.
Switching from another app? Import your client list from a CSV. Stroyka shows you the likely duplicates before anything is saved, tells you which rows look off, and lets you decide what to merge. Re-importing the same file fills in gaps instead of doubling anyone.
Also fixed: on phone browsers the bottom menu was being cut off by the browser bar.
1.0.23 Aug 29
• Choose the currency your company works in. Money across the app — invoices, reports, exports and PDFs — now shows the currency you picked in Settings, instead of following your phone's language. Amounts are not converted: only the symbol changes, so nothing you have already entered is altered.
• Fixed: a long amount in a narrow space could wrap onto two lines, which made it read as a different number.
• Fixed: an hours total above 99 could break across two lines in the PDF cost report.
1.0.21 Aug 27
• Bill your crew's labor as one fixed price instead of hour-by-hour. Set the bid on the job, then invoice it in draws — 25%, 50%, or whatever is left — and every invoice shows how much of the bid is already billed and how much remains.
• See whether the bid is actually making money. Alongside the bid, the app shows what your crew has cost you so far and how much of the quoted price is left. Your hours stay yours: they never appear on the client's invoice, they just tell you where you stand.
• Bill subcontractors as their own lines, straight from the contracts already on the job. Bill one in full or in part; the rest stays for a later invoice.
• A new Contract document layout: description and amount only, the way a fixed-price invoice reads. The detailed layout, with hours and rates, is still there and still the default.
• Materials can print as a single line with every purchase listed inside it, built from what you already logged.
• Invoices can now show a payment summary with check numbers, and your license or insurance number in the footer.
• Fixed: an amount typed with a thousands separator — 631,000 — was read as 631. This affected every money field in the app.
• Fixed: completing a task older than a month made it disappear instead of moving to Done.
• Fixed: the requests list filtered by the date a request was entered rather than its own date, so it could disagree with your cost report for the same month.
• Fixed: a subcontract and a material sharing a name were added together as one cost in reports, and the largest-costs list left out labor and subcontracts entirely.
1.0.20 Aug 26
• You can move a material to a different job. If it came from a scanned receipt, the whole receipt moves together — and it tells you how many items that is before you confirm.
• A scanned receipt can now be edited: which job it belongs to, its date, the shop and the total. Until now a receipt could only be deleted, so a date the scanner read wrong could not be corrected at all.
• When a field cannot be edited, it now tells you why — and where you can change it. Locked fields used to look either broken or ordinary, with nothing to explain them.
• You can edit a purchase request you raised yourself. It was previously read-only and told you a worker had submitted it, even when you had not.
• Fuel: Cost is no longer marked as required, because it never was — leaving it empty simply means "not priced yet".
1.0.19 Aug 25
• Empty screens now tell you what is going on and give you one way forward. Every list in the app answers the same way, in the same place, with the same button.
• If a screen looks empty because of the dates you are viewing, it now says how many entries sit outside that period and offers to show them all — instead of telling you to go and change the filter yourself.
• "Show deleted" now shows everything you have deleted, not only the last 30 days. Something logged months ago and deleted yesterday was invisible in the one view meant for finding it.
• You can assign a task to yourself. If you have not invited anyone yet, you no longer have to — you were previously unable to create a task at all.
• "Invite a worker" now appears only while you have no crew, instead of sitting on the picker forever.
• The upgrade screen is in your language. The title, the plan badge and the worker-limit notice were all still in English on a Russian or Spanish account.
• Notifications says "You're all caught up" instead of "Nothing yet" — an empty inbox means everything is handled, not that something is missing.
• The Work types category headings line up with each other again.
