Starlight is a minimal habit tracker. Every small thing you do — read, drink water, wake early, practice piano — is a "river of stars" in your night sky; each night you keep it up, you light one more star by hand.
It's so easy to keep your head down and forget how far you've come. Here, none of your effort is wasted — it becomes a star overhead. Over time you look up, and that whole sky is the nights you showed up.
No pressure. Showing up doesn't have to be every day — keep your own pace and rhythm, light a star whenever it feels right, and a missed night costs you nothing: no broken streaks, no red marks. However often you come, your sky still grows beautiful.
