Now on iPad — and bigger boards everywhere. • Words Attraction runs full screen on iPad instead of as a scaled-up iPhone app, in any orientation. • Every game now has a landscape and large-screen layout. The board sits beside its controls instead of squashing into a short strip, so Daily Word keeps its keyboard, Hive keeps a full-size pad, and Chain Letters keeps every letter tappable. Pick which side the board sits on, in Settings › Display › Board side. • Boards, tiles and keys now grow to fit the screen you're on, instead of staying phone-sized on a larger display. Sound and polish: • The background music now loops seamlessly instead of clicking at the seam, and the one-shot sounds are softer. • Chain Letters' input arrow is properly aligned with the letters it points at. • Daily Word's help now spells out how the colours work when a word repeats a letter. • Onboarding, help and the letter-rain animations are fully translated. • Seek's boards are built from a cleaner word list. Faster and lighter: • A smaller, optimized build that starts up quicker. • Much less network chatter keeping your progress in sync. Opening a puzzle you've already played no longer waits on the network at all, and a day's worth of play now costs a fraction of the mobile data and battery it used to. Also fixed: • A revealed hint no longer covers the bottom row of Daily Word's keyboard on a short screen, and Hive's and Chain Letters' word lists keep at least three rows there. • "Rate this app" in Settings could silently do nothing once you'd seen the system rating prompt a few times.
