GadgetOS is a point-of-sale and shop management app built for electronics and gadget retailers in Bangladesh, including mobile phone shops, computer and laptop stores, component dealers, networking businesses, CCTV retailers, and accessory stores.
BUILT FOR REAL RETAIL OPERATIONS
GadgetOS is designed for busy retail counters, unreliable internet connections, serial and IMEI tracking, warranty claims, Bengali-speaking customers, and NBR VAT requirements.
OFFLINE-READY POINT OF SALE
Create sales even when the internet is unavailable. Print invoices online or offline, suspend carts, search products by barcode, and use manager PIN approval when required. Data syncs automatically when the connection returns.
SERIAL NUMBER AND IMEI TRACKING
Capture serial numbers and IMEI numbers during receiving and sales. Track each unit from purchase to sale, return, repair, or warranty claim. Prevent duplicate IMEI entries and reduce untracked inventory.
WARRANTY AND RMA MANAGEMENT
Record manufacturer and shop warranty details at the time of sale. Track repair, replacement, and return cases from start to finish. Search by serial number or IMEI to view the complete item history.
DETAILED PRODUCT CATALOG
Manage phones, tablets, laptops, computer components, CCTV products, networking equipment, and accessories. Add variants such as color, storage, and RAM. Manage new, used, and trade-in items with separate pricing and stock records.
MUSHAK 6.3 AND VAT SUPPORT
Generate sequential invoice numbers by branch and fiscal year. Include itemized VAT, BIN, TIN, business information, and Asia/Dhaka timestamps. Prepare monthly NBR Mushak export data from the app.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS
Accept cash, bKash, Nagad, card, split payments, EMI, and installment payments. Import bKash and Nagad CSV statements for reconciliation and identify payment mismatches.
MULTI-BRANCH MANAGEMENT
Manage stock, staff, operating hours, and sales separately for each branch. Business owners can view combined reports across all branches, while staff access can be limited to their assigned branch.
HARDWARE SUPPORT
Use 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers through Bluetooth or USB. Connect camera-based or USB barcode scanners. Trigger supported cash drawers when a receipt is printed.
BENGALI AND ENGLISH
Switch between Bengali and English at any time. Print Bengali invoices using proper Unicode text.
AVAILABLE ON IPHONE AND IPAD
Use GadgetOS on iPhone and iPad. Your products, sales, serial numbers, customers, and reports stay in sync across your devices.
PRIVACY AND DATA CONTROL
Your business data is isolated within your own account and is not shared with other businesses. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
