Nothing has changed inside the app. This update is a new App Store page. The screenshots are now one continuous picture instead of five separate ones, so it is easier to see what the app actually looks like before you download it.

One fix, and a new App Store page. In dark mode the Appearance dialog drew its options in a colour meant to sit behind text, so they were almost invisible on the dark card. They are readable now, and so is Cancel. Nothing else in the app has changed, except when the single request for a rating appears.

Two fixes. The days-this-month card compared part of this month against all of last month, so early in the month it could report you were behind even when you had not missed a day. It now compares the same span of both months. On the About & Privacy screen in the light appearance, the clock, signal and battery along the top of the screen were washed out. They are legible again.

Move an entry to the day it is actually about. Wrote Tuesday's entry on Wednesday? Tap the date at the top of an entry and pick the right day. The week strip on the home screen is now tappable, so any of the last seven days is one tap away. The keyboard can be swiped away while writing, and the month heading in the calendar takes you back to today. The writing prompts have been rewritten, and the app is quieter when your journal is still empty.

Fixes an issue that prevented Micro Journal Plus options from loading. If the store is temporarily unreachable, the Plus screen now explains what happened and offers a retry instead of waiting indefinitely.
