What makes PetOK different
Every place on PetOK has a Pet Policy Card — a clear, structured breakdown of the actual rules:
· Indoor, outdoor, or both?
· Dogs, cats, or other pets?
· Small, medium, or large pets allowed?
· Leash required? Carrier? Diaper?
· Any peak-hour or festive restrictions?
That's the information that actually matters when you're deciding whether to bring your pet along.
You'll always know how fresh the information is
Policies change. PetOK's freshness system tells you how recently each listing was verified — not just that it exists. Green means verified within the last 60 days. Amber means it's been a while. Red means it's due for a re-check. So you're never relying on information that's a year old.
Verified by real people, not algorithms
Every listing goes through human verification before it goes live. The best listings are confirmed directly by café owners. Community members who visit in person add their own confirmations, building a running count of real visits over time.
