Order Markers without leaving the app: The Marker Shop has its own tab now. Pick a design or make one your own, check out in a couple of taps, and follow every order, and where each Marker points, from Account → Your orders. Markers work on every plan, Free included. Stats you can trust at a glance: The numbers agree from screen to screen, each screen covers one period, and tapping a number explains what it counts. Moving around feels like an app: Switching tabs no longer flashes white, a tab you just left opens right where you were, and pages inside a tab have a back button instead of web-style breadcrumbs. Seven new blocks, grouped by what you're trying to do: Hours shows whether you're open right now. Event List hides each item once its date has passed. Welcome Back greets regulars differently from first-timers. Passport tracks a visitor's progress across stops, with a reward at the end. Explore More points visitors to your other Experiences. Waiver takes a typed-name agreement and remembers it for the season, and Quiz scores answers with a reveal for a good score. Plus: Listen reads the whole page aloud in every language, in Safari too; Experiences open faster when a visitor taps a Marker; and you can set a background color for any Experience.

Know the moment a visitor needs you: Turn on "Notify me" for any question that matters — a low rating, a lead, a request — and the answer shows up as a notification on your phone. Tap it to open that visitor's timeline, answer right there. Ratings can notify you only when the score is low, so you hear about the visit you can still turn around, not the tenth five-star of the day. One inbox for everything: Answers, requests and milestones all go to the bell in your header, with unread counts, mark as read, and a tap straight through to the visitor who wrote it. The same inbox is on your web dashboard. Leads and requests come straight to you: A lead form or request Action sends you a notification the moment a visitor submits it — no digging through email, no missed requests while you're on the floor. Visitors can update their answers: Let a visitor change what they told you — a room number, a status, a new score. Your Experience shows their latest answer, and your stats keep every answer they've given. Plus: Markers keep their full history when you point them at a new Experience, notification settings in your Account (mute one Experience or turn notifications off entirely), and a cleaner Stats and Audience view on your phone.

NearField Actions. Sometimes a visitor just needs the Wi-Fi password, a phone call, or the menu - not a whole page. Pick an outcome, fill in two fields, and it's live in under a minute. Sixteen Actions to choose from, including Guest Wi-Fi, Call, Directions, Lead Capture, Text Us, Save Contact, Add to Calendar and Action Hub. Any Action converts into a full Experience in one tap, and the same link and Markers keep working.
