Pause any routine for 15 minutes, choose another duration, or leave it off. Timed pauses turn the routine back on automatically. The app picker now starts with a narrated walkthrough that shows how to choose apps and websites. When an app and its websites are in the same routine, one pass now opens both. Support and privacy links now use usequietly.app.

Share a medal so a friend can see exactly how many days you protected. Invite a friend and you both get a month free once they subscribe. Switching a routine off costs one protected day instead of four, and reminders now land once a day. Every medal you have earned stays exactly where you left it, even after a reinstall.

Fixed a bug that could block your apps during setup, before you had finished setting Quietly up. Nothing is blocked until you choose it. Medals for the days you protect, and a clearer goal on your Progress screen — the goal is now the next medal, so reaching it and earning it are the same moment. The Focus tab opens on your saved setups, so a session starts in one tap. The setup screen fits on screen again. The maths challenges now adapt to how you answer them.
