New in 1.4.0 • Interlinear translation now covers a ±10-page window around where you're reading and caches results, so revisiting a page shows the translation instantly instead of re-translating. • The paper texture background is now optional — switch it off in reading settings for a plain page. Fixed • Premium subscriptions no longer switch off about a month after purchase. Apple's renewal notifications were being rejected, so an active subscription was never extended past its first period. • Signing in on a second device now survives an app restart. Premium, your cloud library and reading sync used to be lost on every launch. • A purchase completed while the app was closed is now picked up on next launch. • Books reopen at the last page you actually read after the app has been in the background, rather than an earlier position. • The bookmark indicator now appears as soon as you bookmark a page. • Fixed a crash when rotating an iPad in the Characters view. • Fixed a crash in device-to-device sharing. • Fixed text-to-speech voice selection errors.

- Paper texture, your choice. The realistic paper background is now optional — turn it on for a warm, printed-book feel or off for a clean, flat page. Find it in reading settings. - Bookmarks you can see. Bookmarked pages now clearly show the corner ribbon and a "Bookmarked" toolbar state, so you always know where you left a mark. - Smoother, more stable reading. Fixed a crash that could occur when scanning your device's text-to-speech voices, plus improved handling of flaky network moments so the app stays quiet and keeps working offline.
