Need to turn an image or PDF into an A4 sheet to print, save or share?
Fit to A4 is a simple app made for exactly that.
Take a photo you shot yourself, or an image or PDF you received in a chat app or by email. Enlarge it or cut away the parts you don't need, convert it to A4, and save, share or print it.
You can also put two images on one A4 sheet, and crop just the part you need.
You can print at convenience stores in Japan through their print services, too (the store's own app is needed to print there).
MAIN FEATURES
• Load images from your photo library, and images or PDFs from the Files app (for a PDF, you choose the one page you want to convert)
• 2 images: place two images (PDFs too) on one A4 sheet, one above the other (side by side in landscape), and convert
• Paper size: A4 or US Letter (8.5 × 11 in)
• Paper: a full sheet or half a sheet (top or bottom, or left or right)
• Simple cropping: drag the four corners to choose the area you want to save or print
• Portrait or landscape
• Margin: choose 5, 10 (default) or 15 mm on all sides (with two images, the margin is kept around each image)
• Output format: Image (PNG, 600 dpi) or PDF
• Three scaling modes
Fit:
Fits the whole image inside the paper (or inside each frame when you use two images) without changing its proportions. If the proportions differ, white space appears above and below or at the sides. Nothing is cut off, so it is ideal for documents and maps you want to see in full.
Fill:
Enlarges the image to fill the whole area inside the margin (inside each frame when you use two images). Where the proportions don't match, the edges are trimmed a little, but no extra white space appears inside the margin. Great when you want a photo as large as possible on the page.
Stretch:
Changes the proportions so that the image fills the paper (or each frame when you use two images). Nothing is cut off, but the image may look distorted. It looks most natural when the image is already close to the shape of the paper. (The margin is kept.)

NOTES
• Photos and PDFs are processed only on your device and are never sent to an external server.
• Some PDFs, such as password-protected ones, cannot be loaded.
• The app makes A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (215.9 × 279.4 mm) sheets. Other paper sizes are not supported.
