Tag two or more people in a photo and The Album offers to start a collection for them. Accept it, and later photos of the same people file themselves in.

Fixes
The bottom tabs no longer disappear in The Album, sharing a collection works with the keyboard open, and tagged people in memories and stories now open their profile.
