HOW IT WORKS
• Give each layer simple daily goals
• Tap "Log Today" to check in — it takes seconds
• Watch your pyramid respond instantly as the day fills in
• Every layer resets each morning, so each day is a fresh climb
CONNECTED TO APPLE HEALTH
• Sleep and Exercise fill in automatically from Apple Health
• Sleep 7.5 hours or walk 8,000 steps — the layers grow on their own
• Exercise goals can follow steps, active minutes, active energy, distance, flights climbed, stand hours or wheelchair pushes
• Food goals can follow your nutrition tracker — calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar, fiber, water, caffeine or sodium — to reach a target or stay under a limit
• Give Mind a mindful-minutes goal and it fills itself too
• Every goal can still be logged by hand, and your word always beats the feed
• Read-only: Maslow never writes to your health data
