Profile badges, gifting, and a much faster member list. BADGES • Twenty-five profile badges, awarded for what you actually do on Disband — running a server that grows past 100 members, registering a bot, uploading emoji, reporting a bug that gets confirmed, or simply sticking around for a year. • Most are awarded automatically the moment you earn them. • Badges appear on profiles, with the marks that identify someone — staff, moderators, partners — beside their name in conversations. SUBSCRIPTIONS • Basic and Super now show as a badge that changes colour the longer you have been subscribed, from Bronze at one month through to Opal at ten years. • Tap the badge to see every tier, which one you have reached, and how far the next one is. GIFTING • Subscriptions can be gifted. A gift arrives in a conversation as a card, and the first person to claim it gets it. • Claiming launches your new plan with a rocket and lights up everything it unlocks. FIXES • Servers failed to load for anyone in a large server. They load again, and the member list arrives in a single request instead of hundreds. • @mentions are highlighted and tappable, and open a profile card for whoever was mentioned. • A reply to your message, or a mention of you, is marked so it stands out from the rest of the conversation. • Server owners and moderators can delete any message, not only their own. • Images and attachments are served from a new content network, so avatars and photos load noticeably faster.

A big update to calls, notifications and everyday chat. CALLS, REDESIGNED • A new full-screen call view with a blurred backdrop, a self-view you can drag into any corner and tap to enlarge, and controls that fade away until you tap. • Minimise a call and keep using Disband — servers, DMs and notes stay available while you talk. • Swipe to answer. Drag right to pick up, left to decline, with either end still tappable. • Answering on one device now stops your other devices ringing. • Calls connect through a relay, so they work on networks that previously couldn't establish a connection. NOTIFICATIONS • Push notifications now arrive for direct messages, group chats, mentions and friend requests — including when Disband is closed. • No banner for the conversation you already have open. CHAT • Server invites appear as a card you can join from, instead of a plain link. • Links show a preview with the page title and image. • GIFs play instead of showing a single frozen frame. • Emoji-only messages render large. • More space where a new person starts talking, so a conversation is easier to follow. • A bigger message box with the attachment button built into it. FRIENDS AND PROFILE • Search your friends list and sort it A–Z or by when you added someone, with anyone new pinned to the top. • Change your username from the app. • Redesigned server settings with a live preview of your icon, banner and name. • Unread conversations are marked and move to the top of the list. FIXES • Signing in no longer leaves an account looking empty — sessions are stored reliably and recovered rather than silently dropped. • Confirmation emails land on a page that tells you the address was verified. • Deleting a note removes it everywhere, on the phone and on the web.
