WHAT PLUM DOES
Plum estimates your next period, fertile window, and ovulation, and the estimates improve with every cycle you log. Log flow, symptoms, mood, and notes in seconds. Your month appears on a color-coded calendar, so you can see bleeding days, predicted periods, and what may be coming next.
The mood wall lets you check in on how you feel and fill in days you missed. Connect Apple Health to view cycle phases alongside wrist temperature, HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate.
ASK AI GYNAC
Ask educational questions about periods, symptoms, hormones, sexual health, and topics you may want to discuss with a clinician. AI Gynac can make mistakes and cannot diagnose or replace medical care. Messages you choose to send are processed securely by Plum's service and AI provider to generate a response.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your cycle logs stay on your device. There's no account to create and no email to provide. You decide what to log, what to skip, and whether to use AI Gynac.

GENTLE INSIGHTS
Plum uses your logs and signals to offer estimates, never diagnoses. The more you track, the better it learns your rhythm instead of fitting you to a textbook.
PLUM PREMIUM
Plum requires a subscription and begins with a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Monthly and annual plans are available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
