WHAT PLUM DOES
Plum predicts your next period, fertile window, and ovulation, and the estimates get sharper with every cycle you log. Log flow, symptoms, mood, and notes in seconds. Your whole month shows up on a color-coded calendar, so you can see bleeding days, predicted periods, and what's coming next at a glance.
The mood wall lets you check in on how you feel, and fill in the days you missed. Connect Apple Health and Plum shows your cycle phases next to wrist temperature, HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your cycle data stays on your device, not in our cloud. There's no account to make and no email to give us. You decide what to log and what to skip, and you can change any of it later.
Some cycle apps got caught handing period data to advertisers. Plum is built so there's nothing to hand over.
