Somatic is a calm, beautifully simple guided breathing app. Pick a rhythm, follow a gentle animated orb that paces every inhale and exhale, and let your breath settle your mind. BREATHE WITH INTENTION • Proven patterns — Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Coherent, and Equal Breathing • Build your own rhythm with custom inhale, hold, and exhale timing • A flowing orb and soft cues guide each phase so you can close your eyes and follow along CUES THAT FIT YOU • Choose your chime sound — Tone, Chime, or Wood — and set its volume • Gentle per-phase haptics with adjustable strength • Prefer silence?
