Vela: Planner, Habits & Ideas
AI productivity, tasks & notes
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your calm AI productivity companion: plan tasks and habits without pressure, capture ideas and grow them into projects — or just say it, and Vela does the rest.
Vela is your calm AI productivity companion — a daily planner, habit tracker, and idea notebook in one warm, quiet place. Plan your days without the pressure, capture and build your ideas, keep habits that actually last, and learn the words you meet along the way.
PLAN WITHOUT THE PRESSURE
Lay out your day with tasks, events, and one gentle reminder. Break big goals into small steps you'll actually take. No streaks to break, no guilt when life happens — just steady momentum.
HABITS AT YOUR OWN PACE
Start with a floor so small you can't miss it, and let the rhythm build. Vela tracks momentum, not perfection.
CAPTURE AND BUILD IDEAS
Ideas, notes, images, and links land in one calm place. When you're ready, let AI polish a rough note into something clear — then grow your best ideas into real projects and plans.
YOUR AI, OUT LOUD
Talk to Vela on any screen. Say a task, an idea, or a word — the AI assistant understands it, files it in the right place, and gets it done. Hands-free.
CHECK IN, KINDLY
One tap a day: how you feel, how much you have to give, and one small intention. Never scored, never judged.
LEARN WORDS THAT STICK
Save any word, in any language — AI instantly adds the meaning, an example, and a voice to hear it. Quick, playful practice moves each word into long-term memory.
BUILT TO FEEL CALM
No streaks. No shame. No noise. Vela is designed around real research on how people build habits that last — gently, and for good. Available in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Danish.
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Everything above — including the AI assistant — needs a Vela Pro subscription: $7.99 weekly, $9.99 monthly, or $79.99 yearly. There is no free version. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple Account settings.
