Report a listing or a member You can now report a listing or a member from the menu on any home or profile, picking the reasons that apply and adding details. Reports go privately to our team and never appear on the member's profile or listing. More room on every screen Each tab now has a single compact header instead of two, so there is more space for what you came to see. Sits and applications Either side can now call off a confirmed sit. A sit starting today stays under Upcoming instead of jumping to Past, and the cards on your sitter dashboard open the sit itself rather than the home's public page. Smoother onboarding and verification Applying to a sit or adding one no longer dead-ends when your identity isn't verified yet, and each onboarding step starts at the top. The review button now disappears once you've written your review.

Report a problem in a couple of taps A "Spotted something?" strip now sits at the top of the app. Tap it to tell us about a problem or suggest an improvement: pick what kind of feedback it is, say what happened, send. The screen you were on, your app version and your device travel with the report, so there is nothing else to fill in. A more native owner experience Managing your listings and pets now behaves the way the rest of iOS does. Swipe a listing or a pet to edit or delete it, drag listing photos to reorder them, and find everything on a tidier hub screen. Buttons and page furniture no longer borrow the colours that mean a status. Accessibility Photo reordering, and the last few unlabelled tap targets, now work properly with VoiceOver, and animations respect Reduce Motion.

Review highlights on member profiles See what people consistently say about a sitter or owner at a glance: a short summary drawn from their reviews, alongside sits completed, typical response time, typical sit length and where they've sat. Welcome guide autosave Your welcome guide now saves as you type, with a clear status for each section, so switching tabs or leaving the screen no longer loses edits. Editing on iOS also no longer clears details you added on the web. Identity verification fixes Verification that failed on a name mismatch can now be rechecked without scanning your ID again, and a verification session that had expired no longer leaves you stuck on a button that couldn't succeed.

Languages • The language list now matches the website: 44 languages instead of 20, and searchable. • Sign languages read properly, so you get "American Sign Language (ASL)" rather than "Asl". • Languages you set on iOS now show correctly on the website, instead of appearing as an internal code. Photos • Listing photos are sharper. Cards were loading a small thumbnail and enlarging it; they now load a full-size image. • Portrait photos are shown whole, instead of being cropped to a narrow strip. Privacy • In the EU you are now asked whether to allow analytics before any is collected. Also fixed • Switching between Sits and Sitters keeps the view you were in, map or list. • A photo that fails to load no longer leaves a spinner running forever.

Behind-the-scenes improvements to keep things running smoothly.

Signing up no longer loses what you type. • The signup wizard saves as you go: if you're interrupted, you pick up where you left off instead of starting again. • Pet owners now add their pets and their home while signing up, and finish on My Home rather than on the sitter list. • Each step says what's still needed, instead of leaving Continue greyed out with no explanation. • Required fields are marked, and a half-finished home is kept rather than discarded when you move on. • One screen fewer: the referral code has moved to the last step. • Terms and Privacy Policy now open inside the app. For owners • My Home tells you when sitters can't find your home yet, and links straight to what it needs — a photo, your pets, or the dates you want a sitter. For sitters • Your profile now has a separate headline and introduction, so the card owners see shows a proper one-line summary. • You can browse other sitters' profiles. Also fixed • The keyboard no longer autocorrects your email address when you sign in. • City and address suggestions no longer repeat themselves or sit behind the buttons where they can't be tapped. • Date of birth has to be chosen, rather than defaulting to a date that wasn't yours.

References Ask other members to vouch for you, and write references for people you've sat with or hosted. References appear on your profile alongside your reviews, and you can approve, decline, or hide any of them. Identity verification fixes - Fixed an error that stopped verification from opening and left members stuck on "Verification pending". - If the verification screen doesn't appear, you can now tap "Continue verification" to pick up exactly where you left off. - Verifying during sign-up now works: your name is saved before verification starts, and your date of birth is stored correctly. Other improvements - Your name is locked once your identity is verified, so it always matches your ID. - Tapping a "new sit matches your search" notification now opens that sit directly.

• Sit dates now appear on listing cards in Explore, so you can see when a home needs a sitter without opening it. • Fixed the bottom tab bar being cut off on iPhone SE. • Fixed the sit-length filter returning no results. • Fixed saved searches that appeared to save but didn't.
