Latent Image was built for a different kind of picture Tones move gently from light to dark, the way they do on film. The image stays soft and dimensional rather than resolving into a wall of ringing pixels. Colour holds together even under difficult light, because it lives in a perceptual space where transitions read the way the eye expects them to. A look like this can only be earned at capture. Latent Image owns the entire chain — from the sensor’s raw signal to the finished frame — shooting in RAW and merging multiple exposures into one.
