better GPS

Apple Watch: fixed phantom speeds right after starting — while GPS quality is still poor, the speed fields now show "--" instead of garbage values (like 100 km/h standing on the dock), and run detection ignores them. Recorded sessions were never affected. Also removed a leftover threshold dropdown next to the start-success rate that always snapped back to 0.
