Photograph the letter and the coach explains it in your language — what the office wants, by when, and what happens if you are late. Ask follow-up questions in plain words. No German required.
When it is time to file something, you answer sixteen official German forms in your own language and the app prints correct German. Anmeldung, Kindergeld, Elterngeld and the rest, print-ready.
Deadlines are the part that actually costs money, so the app tracks them for you. Your residence permit expiry, your Anmeldung window, and every other dated obligation, with reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7 and 3 days — while there is still time to act. Your first week arrives as a day-by-day plan, sequenced so nothing blocks anything else.
You also see what other people actually waited. Real Ausländerbehörde processing times, reported by people who went through it, city by city. Add your own so the next person knows.

GROUNDED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES
Deadlines, contribution rates and entitlements follow what German federal and state authorities publish, and each guide links to the source so you can check it yourself — gesetze-im-internet.de, service.berlin.de and bamf.de.
WHAT LEAVES YOUR PHONE, AND WHAT DOES NOT
Your saved documents — passport, visa, permits — stay on your phone. They are never uploaded.
Two things do leave, and only when you ask. A letter you photograph for the coach is sent to Google's Gemini API to be read, and the answer comes back. A question you type goes the same way. Neither is stored on our servers; we keep only a count of requests, to pay the bill and stop abuse.
The waiting times others report are shared on purpose — that is the feature — and are stored with no identity attached.
No ads. No data sold. No tracking across other apps.
BÜROKRATIX PRO
Unlimited form exports, unlimited coach messages, the document vault, and multi-interval deadline alerts. The free tier is fully usable: someone holding a letter with a two-week deadline should not meet a paywall.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
