New: Smart Case. When a new letter arrives for a case you already follow, the app tells you what is being asked of you and what changed, with the exact sentence from the letter behind every point. The letter is read on your phone; it is only sent for analysis after you agree. New: Deadline Rescue. When a confirmed deadline is close and documents are still missing, your case shows how many days are left, what is missing and how ready you are. Pro adds reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before; everyone keeps the reminder 3 days before and on the day. New: letters to the office in formal German. Besides sending documents, the reply editor now writes an extension request and a status inquiry from your case. You fill in the blanks and send it yourself. New: Document Check for the Berlin Anmeldung. Go through your documents against the official list from service.berlin.de. Every point shows its source, and anything we can't confirm is marked as such instead of ticked off. The first-launch questions now look like the rest of the app, and Pro prices no longer flash "unavailable" while they load.

Subscription prices now always match your App Store country, and eligible new subscribers see Starter's free trial before they subscribe. Refreshed App Store images.

Improved Pro subscription checkout, plan loading and purchase restoration. Subscription access now refreshes more reliably when reopening the app. If prices cannot load, you can retry directly from the subscription screen.

Forms are easier to fill in, with improved input focus and clearer date and postcode validation. Translation errors preserve your answers for retry. Documents now supports importing PDFs and images from Files or Photos, with more reliable saving. Updated App Store screenshots.

Add a letter yourself: choose a photo or PDF of a letter and your phone reads the text. Nothing is sent anywhere for this. Check what it found, confirm the reply date yourself, and Bürokratix files it as a case with a reminder. Send-ready reply packets now include the real pages of your attachments, and every error names the file that caused it. New guides with their official source: Anmeldung in Berlin and proof of insurance from Techniker Krankenkasse. Optional explanation on the phone for iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence (German, Turkish, English). It is a draft, checked against the letter. Journey steps finish with one tap, a calmer profile, better VoiceOver labels and Arabic layout.

The app now opens with the letter, not the form list — photograph an official letter and the coach tells you what it wants and by when. Health insurance figures are the real 2026 contribution rates, and each one shows the month it was verified, so a stale number is visible instead of silent. Six languages throughout.

Bürokratix has a new icon. The old one crowded two hairline rings around the monogram, which turned to mud at home-screen size; the letter now stands on its own on warm paper and stays legible next to everything else on your phone.

Health insurance comparison now shows each fund's real 2026 contribution rate, with the month it was checked, so you can compare what you would actually pay. The housing guide is translated into all six app languages instead of appearing in Turkish for everyone.
