Buzzed Out is a quit-vaping support app made for the moments when quitting feels hard.
You can quit today, or set a quit date and cut down first. If you are cutting down, Buzzed Out helps you set a daily puff limit before your quit day. If you are quitting now, your vape-free timer starts straight away.
Choose a guardian companion — Ember, Zuno, or Moxie — and look after them by completing small daily actions. Your guardian checks in with you, reacts to your progress, and grows stronger as you keep showing up.
When a craving hits, you can log what is happening, rate how strong it feels, use a breathing tool, start a timer, write in your journal, or choose a small task to help you get through the moment.
Buzzed Out also helps you track visible progress, including vape-free time, puffs avoided, money saved, craving pressure, daily tasks, care actions, rewards, and Guardian Forest progress.
As you complete tasks and reach clean-day milestones, you collect materials and build your Guardian Forest, called the Wilds inside the app.
