Beating: Heart Rate

Heart rhythm & trends

Free

Beating turns the heart-rate data in your Apple Health into clear trends and insights. • Your daily heart rhythm See your whole day across seven segments — late night, early morning, morning, lunch, afternoon, evening rest, and night — to find your calmest and most stressful moments. • Monthly analysis Look back day by day in a calendar view and track resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), and heart-rate zones over time. • Family & groups Invite family and friends, start challenges around resting HR, recovery speed, or active days, and see whose heart stays steadiest. • Weather context The current local temperature appears next to your home greeting (data from Apple Weather). • iCloud sync Syncs across your devices through your iCloud account by default — your data is there after a new phone or reinstall. • Privacy first All heart-rate data comes from Apple Health. Beating only reads it for display — it never writes, never sells, and never uses it for ads. Beating is a tool for visualizing and tracking your health data and does not provide medical diagnosis or advice. Medical Disclaimer: Beating is for visualizing and tracking data from Apple Health only. Family groups are back · Create a group or join with an invite code; the owner approves new members · Health sharing is a separate switch per group, off by default, reversible anytime · Each member's card describes the day in a sentence instead of a wall of numbers A new Analysis tab · Week and Month are now one tab, switched from the top · Week: time-of-day heart-rate heatmap, resting HR and HRV together, workdays vs weekends, workout HRR, all five heart-rate zones · Month: calendar, resting HR and HRV trends, fitness and activity summary · With too few samples it shows the numbers and draws no conclusion Today's timeline, rebuilt · A colour timeline with a per-segment heart-rate curve; workouts and high/low heart-rate events sit on the segment where they happened · The curve is coloured by actual heart rate Fixes · Family summaries are visible across time zones · Fixed the week view sometimes missing this week's resting HR and HRV · Fixed the timeline curve rendering only a fragment, with the wrong colour range · Fixed heart-rate zones recording as zero · Fixed the cloud uploading an old reading after the watch had already shown a new one · Fixed the blank screen before the launch animation · When sleep heart-rate sampling is too sparse it now says so instead of substituting another reading
