■ Traditional Chinese The app is now available in Traditional Chinese. Until now it showed Simplified Chinese on the Taiwan App Store. You can change the language any time in Settings. ■ New - In the full-screen effect preview, press and hold "Original" to compare the result against the whole uncropped photo. Release to go back. - When a custom ratio cannot be used, the app now says what is wrong with it instead of just greying out the button. - "Where to find us" has been added to Settings. ■ Fixed - Switching the in-app language discarded the photo you were editing along with every edit and the undo history. The same happened to photos already analysed in Batch. - Resetting the composition left the suggestion row showing the previous ratio. - Changing the ratio and then picking another photo could leave the "looking for crops" indicator stuck on. - Changing the ratio, or the lock, while AI auto-recompose was running could leave the result and the screen out of step. - A .cube LUT was rejected on import if the file began with an invisible marker (a BOM). Tools on Windows sometimes write one. - A .cube LUT with a broken line was reported as imported successfully and then applied with its colours shifted. A broken file now fails clearly. ■ Changed - The "Fit" frame now accepts ratios between 1:2 and 2.4:1. Beyond that, exporting a large photo could stall partway.

■ iPad support The same editor now runs on iPad. In landscape the controls move to a side panel so the photo fills the height; portrait keeps the phone layout. ■ New - "Lock aspect ratio" now carries into Batch. Lock a ratio in the editor, start a batch, and every photo is cropped at that ratio. - Holding "Original" now shows an "Original" badge on the image, so you can tell you are looking at the original even when the edit is subtle (the batch preview already worked this way). ■ Fixed - Choosing an extreme ratio (such as 20:1) for the "Fit" frame could quit the app while exporting. The accepted range has been revised. - Analysing the same photo twice could put the suggestions in a different order. ■ Feel - Closing the full-screen preview now gives haptic feedback too. ■ Performance - Frame compositing is lighter and uses less memory on large photos.

■ Better AI composition The checks that rank the candidates - whether the subject is cut off, whether a face is cut off - were computed in the wrong direction, so they barely affected the order. Fixed, so the suggested crops make more sense. A face entirely outside the frame was also penalised as if it had been cut through; group photos now get less lopsided candidates. Auto horizon correction now stays within the same limit as the manual slider. Near-duplicate candidates no longer sit side by side (we would rather show fewer than show the same crop twice). On-device analysis now keeps whatever succeeded instead of discarding everything when one part fails. Face detection and person cut-out fall back to an alternative path on devices where inference does not start. ■ Fixes - Exported image orientation differed from what was on screen, for some photos - After straightening, moving the crop box by hand produced a different crop on screen and in the export - Applying a free filter and then tapping AI auto colour marked the photo as PRO and added a watermark - The purchase screen stayed open after a successful purchase or restore, or reported "no purchase to restore" - Right after switching photos, retouching could be applied at the previous photo's face positions - "No face detected" was shown while a face was still being looked for - Undo did not always restore the crop on screen - Picking a new set in batch mode could mix in results from the previous set - Long camera names, dates and captions on a frame overflowed or were silently cut - A caption in Latin script only did not use the handwriting face - Display P3 photos lost saturation on screen (only on screen) after straightening - The trial reminder banner came back the next morning after being dismissed - Entering an export size larger than the original discarded the HDR information - Extreme values in the export size or ratio fields could quit the app - Opening a photo with damaged capture metadata could quit the app - The blurred background of the fit frame appeared rotated 90 degrees for portrait photos - On Display P3 photos the blurred background looked washed out next to the foreground - Pinching the crop box could drift away from the locked aspect ratio - The straightening angle of the previous photo carried over to the next one - An imported LUT with the same name as a built-in filter overwrote that filter - Deleting a LUT in use left its state behind - Adding or deleting in My LUTs while the library was still loading lost that change - The date on a frame caption used the Japanese era on devices set to it - Exporting before analysis finished could drop the retouch - The original dimensions were left in the EXIF of exported photos - "Crop only - no quality loss" and the HDR note could disagree with the actual output - The preview watermark after the trial did not follow the in-app language ■ Performance - Colour and frame sliders respond more smoothly - The app starts faster - Export is faster (on-device analysis is no longer redone for every export; this helps most with multi-ratio export) - Lower memory use in batch mode and during export - Analysis that is going to be discarded is no longer run to completion when you switch photos quickly - Fixed the progress indicator appearing stuck during batch export

■ Better AI framing The checks for "is the subject cut off" and "is a face cut off" were computed in the wrong direction, so they barely influenced how candidates were ranked. With that fixed, the suggested crops are noticeably more sensible. On-device analysis is also more resilient: if one step fails, the remaining results are still used (previously a single failure invalidated the whole analysis). ■ Fixes • Blurred background in the extended frame appeared rotated 90° for photos taken in portrait • On Display P3 photos, the blurred backdrop looked washed out compared with the foreground • Pinching to resize the crop box could quietly change the aspect ratio you had locked • Switching photos kept the previous photo's straightening angle • An imported LUT sharing a name with a built-in filter would replace that built-in filter • Deleting a LUT that was in use left the editor in a stale state • Dates inserted into frame captions showed the Japanese era year on devices set to the Japanese calendar • Exporting before analysis finished could drop the retouching effect • Exported photos kept the original dimensions in their EXIF data • "Crop only · lossless" and the HDR note on the export screen could disagree with what was actually written • The preview watermark shown after the trial ends now follows the in-app language ■ Performance • Faster exports — on-device analysis is no longer repeated for every export (most noticeable when exporting several aspect ratios at once) • The progress indicator no longer appears frozen during batch export • Lower peak memory use during framing analysis

■ Improvements • Minor wording refinements.

■ Atelier Pro is now a one-time purchase We've replaced the monthly subscription with a single, one-time purchase: pay once, unlocked forever. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored via "Restore Purchases". The 7-day full trial on first launch works exactly as before. ■ Redeem codes You can now enter a redeem code from Settings → "Atelier Pro". ■ Improvements • Frame logos can now be scaled down much smaller (fixes wide logos still looking too large at the minimum size)
