KnotNote is a private diary for recording the gift money you give and receive at life's big occasions — weddings, funerals, first birthdays, shop openings, milestone birthdays, new babies, and graduations. See who you gave to and received from, your balance with each person, and what's coming up next — all in one place.
Most gift-money apps start with a number, then ask who it was for. KnotNote works the other way around. You add a person first, then gather the moments you've shared with them — weddings, funerals, first birthdays, openings, milestone birthdays, new babies, graduations. The relationship comes first; the money is just part of the story.

See upcoming events at a glance with a simple D-Day countdown. If you've received from someone before, KnotNote gently suggests an amount in the same spirit, so your envelope is ready in time. Optionally add upcoming occasions to your device calendar with a day-before reminder.
GIVEN AND RECEIVED
For each person, see what you received, what you gave, and whether you're even — so you always know whose turn it is.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
With a KnotNote plan, export everything to CSV or to one Excel file with totals for each person, and bring that Excel file back into KnotNote on any phone — your records are always yours to take with you. A plan also removes the ads.

KnotNote plans: Monthly (auto-renewing monthly) and Yearly (auto-renewing yearly). A one-time Lifetime plan is also available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Everything can go into one Excel file and come back into KnotNote on another phone. People can now be added from your contacts, several at a time. If you bought ad removal before, you already have the Lifetime plan.
