Helper is the shared record of home work and home pay that the family AND the worker keep together — and reconcile. The maid, cook, driver, nanny, watchman or gardener and the household hold ONE ledger of days worked, salary, advances (udhaar), bonus and leave. The month-end argument over "how many days did you work?" and "how much is still owed?" simply ends, because both phones show the same number.
Helper is not a place to hire a maid, and not a tax-filing service. It is the honest system of record for the home-employment relationship itself — fair and dignified to both sides.

Helper does the math nobody wants to do. Net pay = base salary, minus unpaid days, plus overtime and festival bonus, minus advance repayment — computed automatically every pay cycle. Monthly, weekly or custom cycle. Any currency.

Track every advance and every repayment as a running balance. No more "I gave you ₹2,000" / "no, ₹1,500 — I paid ₹500 back." The outstanding amount is always clear, and the repayment is deducted from salary for you.

Generate a tidy, bilingual payslip and share it on WhatsApp in one tap. The worker can issue a matching receipt acknowledging payment. Both sides keep proof.

Scan a QR code once and two ledgers link. From then on, attendance and dues reconcile on both phones. Where other tools serve only the employer and treat the worker as a line item, Helper gives the worker their own record and their own voice — so what's owed is a shared fact, not a contested claim.
