PLAN A TRIP
• Set the frame: budget per person including transport, number of nights, period, destination.
• Send the reply link to the group. Everyone shares what they want and their budget in a few minutes, from their browser, without creating an account.
• Each budget stays confidential: the group only sees the agreed budget, the tightest one, rounded.
• The summary shows your group's common ground: agreed budget, shared wishes and where opinions differ.
• Adjust the itinerary stage by stage, then create the trip: stages, target budget and a starter to-do list are ready, and those who answered with an account get an invitation.
ORGANIZE TOGETHER
• Day-by-day timeline: flights, trains, stays and activities, stage by stage.
• Ideas: everyone suggests, the group votes, and shared favorites stand out.
• Shared budget: everyone logs what they paid, Travl works out who owes whom, to the cent, in a few transfers.
• Settling up: once a transfer is done, mark it settled and balances update.
• Shared to-do list: assign a task to someone, or to the whole group.
TOGETHER
• Up to 8 people per trip, each with their own account, name and color.
