This version is all about discovering together, with a completely refreshed look and feel. • Send a Mistpost Choose a region and share three undiscovered places in a single link through WhatsApp or any other app. automatically appears in the recipient’s language, and stays completely private. • Friends on your map If you’re friends and both choose to enable it, your friend can appear live on your map while you’re both looking at it. No progress, no fog clearing, and no routes — just a walking friend on your map. Permission is set separately for each friend and can be turned off at any time. • Tovin sits down with you Stop for a moment at a place you’ve already discovered and Tovin may occasionally appear beside you and say something. No points or rewards — just a little company. • Whisper on the Moon Leave a short anonymous message at one of the nine Moon landing sites. Other explorers may later hear one whisper there. • You weren’t the only one In On This Day, you can now see how many other people were exploring that day and how many countries they came from. No names, locations, or rankings. At a glance, you can see where you’ve already been, with a warm edge around your discovered area. * When zoomed out, the fog fills in much more smoothly — no more areas coloring in one by one. * Street names remain readable much further out, until you can see roughly a city and its surrounding villages. * Zoom out and back in, and the map stays where it should. Previously, it could sometimes fall back to an empty blue area. * Have “Increase Contrast” enabled in iOS? Tovin automatically makes the fog even clearer.
