A BREAK THAT ENDS ON ITS OWN At break time the screen gently dims and a calm card appears: a sleeping pal, a quiet countdown ring, and a single line to settle into, "Close your eyes and breathe." When the timer is up it clears on its own. Want to keep working? Skip it in one tap. No guilt, no scolding. YOUR PAL'S MOOD IS YOUR HABIT when you have been pushing too hard. It is never punished, and a droopy mood clears on its own the next day. A streak, a 7-day heatmap, and small milestones make the habit easy to keep. GENTLE, NEVER A NAG Blinko nudges, it never blocks your screen and never hijacks your work. The screen dim is a soft overlay that never touches your display brightness or hardware. A nudge from a friend, not an alarm from a boss.
