A few gentle improvements: the breathing instructions in the kids' games are now bigger and clearer, the kids' menu is simpler, and if you're enjoying Fia you can now rate it right from Settings. Breathe easy.

The Fia Kids breathing games now come to life with gentle animations! Ride rolling ocean waves, float a balloon up on every breath in, trace a glowing dot around the calm-down square, and watch a flower bloom beside a flickering candle. It's calmer, more playful, and easier for little ones to follow along with. Slow breaths and sweet dreams.

Say hello to Fia Kids! A friendly corner just for children, with four playful breathing games — Balloon Belly, Flower & Candle, Square Explorer and Wave Rider. Gentle, imaginative and calming, with Calm Stars to collect and wording tuned for ages 4–7 or 8–12. Find it on the home screen.

New: a 1-minute session for a quick reset when you're short on time. We've also made the Calm, Sleep and Energy headings easier to spot, and added a helpful note showing where your sessions appear in the Health app.

Apple Health: you can now save your completed breathing sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Turn it on any time under Settings, and your minutes appear in the Health app (and on a paired Apple Watch).
