You agree on one check-in a week and prepare for it in three taps. A NEW FOCUS Focus is now organised per goal, so you see your priority for today and what belongs to it, instead of a long list of loose items. Plan and Reflect were rebuilt too: fewer words, one question at a time, and a lot more motion. Swipe between the three tabs and watch things check off. GOAL PAGE Every goal now opens on one clear week score, twelve week bars and a day-by-day view per habit. Completing a task now shows your goal's week score rising in the moment. And when you finish your whole list, capria shows your week scores for the day at a glance.

Tapping a reminder takes you straight to the right page. Also: the keyboard no longer covers the tab bar while typing, typing on the Plan page is smoother, and limit items now show how many days you stayed within your limit.
