What's New in 2.3 Tag your connections in comments Type @ in a comment to tag someone you are connected with. Keep typing to narrow the list, pick a name, and it appears highlighted in your comment. Tap a tagged name to open that person's profile. Anyone you tag is notified. Post a job the way you actually hire - Write your own job title instead of choosing from a fixed list - Say whether the pay is fixed or negotiable - Set the experience you need: 0-2, 3-5, 5-10 or 10+ years - Start date can be Immediately, Actively Hiring, or a specific day - Choose the work days that matter instead of hours per week Share your profile Chefs and restaurants can now share their profile with a single link. Anyone who opens it without Kichin installed still sees your profile. Comments - Comments are clearer and easier to read - The comment box stays clear of the keyboard, and closing comments closes the keyboard with it - Businesses can now comment, the same as chefs - Emoji work throughout Messages - The message box no longer sits behind the keyboard - Tap a name in a chat header to open that profile Photos Adjust your photos before posting: pinch, pan and resize to frame the shot. Safety Accounts removed from Kichin no longer appear anywhere in the app, and neither do their posts or comments. Plus many smaller fixes across profiles, search, jobs and posting.

What's New in 2.2 This release is mostly about typing and timing — the keyboard no longer gets in your way, and message times are finally right wherever you are. NEW • Position your profile picture. After choosing a photo you can drag and pinch to frame it before it's saved — for your profile picture, banner, restaurant logo and team photos. • A Done button above the keyboard on number, phone and multi-line fields, so you can always close it. Number pads had no way to dismiss them before. FIXED • Message times were wrong. Times were showing in the server's timezone rather than yours, so the same message could appear with two different times. Chat, conversation list, and post and comment times are now correct in your own timezone, wherever you are in the world. • The keyboard covered the field you were typing in. Forms now scroll the field you're editing above the keyboard — including About Me and other long text boxes. • Text boxes needed a second tap. Tapping another field while the keyboard was open did nothing the first time; it focuses immediately now. • The Next and Submit buttons disappeared while typing. They now scroll along with the form instead of hiding, so you can always finish a step. • Signing in was a dead end on iPhone. The phone number keypad had no return key, so the keyboard could not be closed and the Submit button was pushed out of view. • Restaurants could not save Business Type Details. Saving failed with "Something went wrong" for restaurants that had never set a location on the map. • The location pin was discarded. Dropping a pin or using Use Current Location without also typing a location threw the pin away. • The Speciality Cuisine list ran off the bottom of the screen and its options could not be reached. • Liked posts now show a red heart instead of a green one. • Removed a stray red ring around profile pictures. • The back button no longer overlaps your profile picture. • Tidied up spacing on the sign-in and sign-up screens. CHANGED • Plan prices now show the weekly rate, with the amount billed monthly to your Apple ID shown alongside it — so you can see both what it works out to per week and exactly what you'll be charged. • The Free plan is now called Standard. • Speciality Cuisine is optional and has moved to the end of the required-fields step — it only applies to people already working in the food industry. • On a profile you're connected with, one Unfollow button replaces the separate Disconnect and Unfollow buttons. It does both. • Clearer, more consistent wording in the Availability Status list.

What's New in 2.1 NEW • Send a connection request straight from Search — no need to open a profile first. • Delete your own posts, and review everything you've deleted under Settings > Deleted Posts. • Your profile photo, banner and logo are now optional when you sign up. Skip them and we'll show your initials until you're ready to add one. • A back button on every screen, with larger, easier-to-tap controls in the header. • Finishing signup now takes you straight into the app instead of back to the sign-in screen. • A refreshed app icon. FIXED • Photos and videos taken with the iPhone camera sometimes failed to upload to your profile and posts. • Search could show an error when a chef and a restaurant shared the same profile number. • My Portfolio showed empty tiles on accounts without a profile photo or banner. • A crash during signup, just after entering the verification code. • Free plans showed as "Unknown" on the Billing screen.

One device at a time Your account now stays signed in on a single device.
