ESTEVANO is the guest app for its partner hotels. From your phone you can message the hotel, order room service and book the hotel's services during your stay.
HOW TO SIGN IN
• Open the app, choose your hotel and sign in with your room number and PIN.
• If your hotel has sent you an access link, open it and the app takes you straight to your hotel.
• If you can't remember your PIN, request a new link from the sign-in screen or ask at reception.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Message the hotel to ask a question or request what you need.
• Order room service from the menu, with notes and allergies.
• Book a table at the restaurants and see their menus.
• Book the spa, spaces and experiences.
• Keep your bookings in one place and change or cancel them where the venue allows it.
• Follow the status of your requests to the hotel.
• Check hotel information: phone, address, check-in and check-out times and opening hours.
• Get a notification when the hotel replies or confirms a booking, if you turn notifications on.
• Use the app in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
