Rental, inspection, photos
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Protokolka is the fastest way to create a professional property handover report — on site and even without an internet connection.
Whether you are handing over a rental, taking over a new flat, or documenting the condition of a property for tenant and landlord, Protokolka guides you through the entire handover step by step and generates a clean PDF ready for signing.
WHAT PROTOKOLKA DOES
• Meter readings — electricity (peak/off-peak), gas and water, including a photo of the reading
• Photo documentation of each room and its condition
• Inventory of furniture and equipment with quantities and condition
• Handover of keys — types and number of pieces
• Signatures of both parties directly on the screen
• Export to PDF with your own logo in the header
FASTER WITH THE DIRECTORY
• Saved contacts for handing-over and receiving parties (individuals and companies)
• Saved property addresses — insert with a single tap
• Representation by power of attorney or legal guardian
READY FOR THE FIELD
• Works offline — enter the address manually when there is no signal
• Automatic data backup to your cloud
• Your data stays with you
