Record a meeting (or import an existing audio file) and Kiln produces a clean, speaker-attributed transcript, then fires it into the artifact you actually need: a quick summary, detailed notes, action items, sprint-ready Jira stories, a technical-decision log, formal meeting minutes, a follow-up email, or release notes.
Nothing ever leaves your Mac or iPhone. There is no cloud, no account, no subscription, and no analytics. Your recordings, transcripts, and reports stay in the app's private sandbox on your device — delete a meeting and its audio is gone with it.

REQUIREMENTS
• Recording, transcription, and speaker separation: any Apple Silicon Mac, or iPhone 11 or later
• On-device report generation requires Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 or 17, or an M1 or later Mac/iPad). On devices without Apple Intelligence, Kiln tells you plainly and everything except report generation keeps working.
• This version transcribes English.
