• Ride requests reach you even when the app is closed, with the ride sound and only one notification per request.
• On iPhone, ride requests come through Focus and Do Not Disturb.
• New Phone setup screen (Account → More) checks notifications, location, battery saver and auto-start, so you don't miss requests.
• If the app closes during a trip, it reopens right where you left off.
