Couples rarely split everything down the middle, so Duwa gives you four ways to share a cost:
- Equally, straight down the middle.
- By income, so the one who earns 60% covers 60%.
- Custom, whatever the two of you agree on.
- A treat, when you've got this one and nothing is owed back.
Tell Duwa what you each earn once and the by-income split keeps things fair on its own. Set a default for the household, or choose per expense.

Invite your partner with a code and you share one ledger. Add an expense on your phone and it lands on theirs, with the balance moving for both of you. No group chats, no screenshots, no "wait, did you add that?"

Settle any amount on Duwa's own keypad, with half and full one tap away. Commit with a hold rather than a tap, so nothing is ever recorded by accident, and keep the certificate for the month you just closed.

- Log an expense in seconds, with a note, category, date and who paid.
- Set up recurring bills once and let them repeat.
- Snap a receipt and keep it with the expense.
- Make categories yours: name them, colour them, give them an emoji from a palette of 28, and choose how they are worn on your own phone.
- Search your whole history, and read every add, edit, delete and settle in one shared activity log.

Duwa can remind you to log or to settle, at times you pick. And when the balance has been sitting a while, a wave sends your partner a gentle nudge.

Your data belongs to the two of you. It lives on your phones and syncs through a private backend where every household is sealed to its own couple, enforced by the database itself and not by a promise. No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and nothing sold, ever. Erase everything, or delete your account entirely, from inside the app.

One subscription covers both of you: whoever subscribes, Duwa Pro unlocks on both phones. Choose weekly, monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
