Weyvox is an AI assistant for sole traders and small businesses: it answers your customers when you cannot, calls out for you, keeps your clients and orders, issues invoices and documents, helps with business growth and strategy, gives advice — and much more. Weyvox is your personal assistant, always working in your interest.
AN AI ON YOUR LINE
• Buy a Weyvox operator number in the app — a separate work line on the iPhone you already carry, no second SIM. It does not replace your main business number — keep that one with your usual carrier and switch on forwarding to Weyvox: the assistant answers those calls in your business name, and if you turn forwarding off, the line works as before. You risk nothing.
• Switch on auto-answer and the assistant picks up if you have not answered within 10–40 seconds. The phone rings normally first, and the assistant answers from Weyvox's servers — even when your phone is locked, out of battery or offline.
• After the call it sends you a note — plus every firm commitment separately.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
• Business profile: what you sell, your hours, your terms. Prices come only from your price list — no matching item, and it says it will check and call back rather than inventing a number.
• Customers and orders: a regular is recognised by number and greeted by name. Agreements become orders — new, in progress, done — with payment tracked separately, so a finished but unpaid job stays in front of you. Analytics: revenue, debt, average order, how many calls became orders.
• Documents: upload contracts, licences, tax filings — then ask about any of them; expiry dates get reminders 30, 7 and 1 day ahead.
• Invoices and PDFs: ask in the chat for an invoice, a statement of work, a certificate or a contract — a finished PDF with your details, signature and stamp appears right in the conversation. Built on the phone — free, and works offline.
WEYVOX TELEPHONY
• The assistant dials any number in the world on its own, gets through voice menus and waits on the line until it reaches a person. Hand it a live call or take it back with one button, and whisper it a hint while it speaks — the other side hears none of it.
• It speaks 32 languages. At the start of a call it introduces itself as an AI assistant and gives notice of recording.
CHATTING WITH THE ASSISTANT
• It takes more than commands — you can consult it: it knows your business from your profile, orders and analytics, so you can discuss growth and scaling, make sense of your numbers and plan the next step. Revenue, debts or margins it computes with code — precisely, not "roughly" — it searches the web when needed, and returns the result as a file: a chart, an Excel sheet, a Word document or a presentation.
• You choose the assistant's brain yourself from Anthropic's models. Give it a complex job and it works in the background, calls included, returning the finished result as a PDF.
MESSENGER AND SECURITY
• A messenger of its own with end-to-end encryption: messages and calls between users are free, and the keys exist only on the phones of the people talking. No ads, no trackers. The account is protected by a PIN, the app by biometrics.

• The same assistant runs your personal errands — work and personal live in one app without mixing.
No subscription: you pay only for what you actually use — calls, the assistant's work and keeping the number.

• Stronger protection for your messages: even if a device is later compromised, past messages stay unreadable.
