Offers reach you even when the connection does not. - A ride offer now arrives through its notification even while the live connection is down or reconnecting. Before this, an offer could reach you as a notification with no way to act on it — tapping it opened an empty dashboard. - An offer is only shown once it carries both a fare and a pickup address.
