► HOW IT WORKS (THERMODYNAMIC ESTIMATION):
Since mobile devices do not have external air thermometers, Room Temperature Checker uses local outdoor weather forecasts, relative humidity, and daytime solar UV offsets. By adjusting for your room's insulation coefficient (Good, Medium, or Poor) and calibration offset, the app calculates an estimation of your indoor room temperature.
Please note that this is a mathematical estimation model based on environmental conditions. Because iPhones lack built-in physical ambient air thermometer sensors, it is technically impossible to get 100% accurate indoor temperature readings. For best results, use the calibration options.
