GRID - Training Log

Health & Fitness

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Lost track of why you train? Open your log and see yourself — not numbers, but everything you've built. GRID helps you remember where you stand. GRID means "grid" — a coordinate plane. Training can get disorienting. How much can you lift today? Are you stronger than last week? Where are you, really, right now? Weight and reps stack upward. Day after day of consistency stretches outward. Where those two lines cross, a coordinate appears — somewhere on the grid, that's you, right now. GRID exists to help you remember that coordinate, any time you need to. When you forget why you started, open your log and see yourself. Not numbers — the weight of what you've built. (In this app, a single day's record is called a "Session." Your training log, photos, weight, and notes for that day are all part of that day's Session.) Key Features ■ Training Log Just enter the exercise, weight, reps, and sets. Review everything you've logged in the Data tab. ■ Rest Timer A built-in rest timer sits right on the logging screen — from recording your set to timing your rest, GRID stays with you through the whole workout. Timers can be set per exercise. ■ Weight Tracking Log your weight daily and see your progress on a line graph. ■ Photos Save a photo for the day. Taking a photo of your physique makes it easier to track how your body changes over time. Reps and weight matter, but seeing the change with your own eyes matters just as much. (If you'd rather not have training photos saved to your camera roll, you can turn that off in the System tab. With that setting off, photos taken in GRID stay inside the app only.) ■ Session History Swipe through your past sessions. Combined with your weight graph, you can look back and see how far you've come. Tap the ⇆ button at the top of the Log screen to open your session history. ■ Data Export Export your training log as a CSV file. Photos can be exported all at once, too.

- Added multi-language support (Japanese and English, switching automatically based on your device's language setting) - You can now choose to show or hide "Weight" and "Photos" on the Timeline screen. Hidden sections free up space for other useful info, like your exercise list - Minor fixes and improvements
