SPLIT, UNTRACK, HAND OVER Cut a tracked stretch in two, untrack just that piece, and say how the frame travels to the next dancer: swipe across, or cut straight there. Untracking covers the block you are on and nothing after it, and it stays untracked until you say otherwise. THE JOURNAL SHOWS WHO YOU PICKED Every card is framed on the person the video follows, and it keeps up when you change who that is. Plus steadier tracking in a crowded room, smoother playback where the follow changes person, and share with notes now sends the picture the viewer was showing.

SHARE WITH NOTES The viewer has a share button now. One tap exports the video you are watching, and with notes on, every timed note is drawn into the file, pinned to its moment. Send a correction, not a screen recording. PICK WHO TO FOLLOW Tracking now waits for you to tap the dancer you mean, then keeps the crop on them across the whole video — through crossings and the moments they are hidden. Tap again wherever it drifts, and the stretches you already set stay put. Plus usability improvements and bug fixes, including a launch fix for iOS 17 devices and a fix for imports that opened the viewer instead of the editor.

MOTION EFFECTS Stamp camera moves right onto the beat: shakes, zoom pumps, hits and flashes. Preview each one on the paused frame before you commit. BODY SIZE LOCK Keep your dancer the same size in the frame while the camera follows, from soft to exact. Plus usability improvements and bug fixes.

Notes pinned to a moment now appear exactly on that moment — on a trimmed video they could drift a couple of seconds late. Swipe left or right in the Viewer to move between dances. The top bar stays put while one plays, export screens follow the app's language setting, and Practice's top buttons have room to breathe.

Fixes a crash that could happen while editing a video's title. Panels, drawers and the playback controls now move as one piece instead of arriving a few at a time. While a video plays, its title and labels stay visible at the foot of the screen — tap them to bring the controls back. And a dance's date can be changed from the video screen itself, not only from the Journal.

TAP THE DANCE TO PLAY The controls step aside while it runs and come back when you pause, so the dance has the screen when you are actually dancing. The step buttons are gone — drag the ruler instead. SEE A DANCE FULL SCREEN Check your crop across the whole clip in the editor, on every tool, and export straight from there. MOVE THE DANCE WHERE YOU WANT IT Drag or pinch the frame in Practice to put the dancer clear of the count, and tap once to recentre. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE The dance no longer changes size when you play or pause it, the Journal opens a video in one piece instead of assembling itself, and the details row on a video says what it does.

PRACTICE A DANCE BY COUNT Set a clip's 8-count grid, then loop it, slow it down, and step through it with the count called out loud. NOTES PINNED TO A MOMENT Tap anywhere on a video to leave a note there. It appears as you watch, right when that move comes around. FILTER THE JOURNAL BY LABEL Tap labels to narrow the grid down to one class, one routine, or one style. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE The count-in now gives you exactly the beats you asked for, and counts them the way a dancer says them — "5 6 7 8" into a phrase. You can move the big count to any corner from the player itself, and notes drag to the bin without vanishing on the way.
