Every wine you taste is saved with name, winery, vintage, type, region and grape, with a label photo if you want one. Score it from 50 to 100, add your notes, and tag the aromas you pick up. All in under a minute, without putting your glass down.

With every tasting, Sorbo draws your sensation radar: how much acidity you tolerate, whether you lean toward soft or firm tannins, oak or fruit. It starts taking shape from your fifth tasting. With Premium and 15+ tastings, your personal sommelier analyzes it and tells you, plainly, what you actually like.
SCAN THE WINE LIST, DECIDE IN SECONDS
Snap a photo of any restaurant's wine list and Sorbo returns a ranking sorted by how well each wine matches your palate, with indicative pricing and why it fits you. Adjust your budget with one tap (budget, mid-range or premium), and once you've decided, a single button sends it straight to your next tasting with the details already filled in.
TABLE MODE: GROUP TASTING, GAME-STYLE
Create a room, invite your table, and taste the same wine together in real time from your phones, photos included. Choose Open Mode, where everyone sees the bottle, or Blind Mode, where the wine stays a mystery until everyone's voted on grape, type and aromas. Countdown, live scoreboard and a final podium, and once you're done, every tasting is saved straight to your cellar.
