It was built for people who are overloaded with information, options, and open loops, and just need to know the one priority right now. That includes adults with ADHD and executive function challenges, who feel that overload most. No boards, no tags, no projects, no filters. Every option a tool offers is a decision your brain has to make. hēdan's job is to remove decisions, not add them. How it works: Type it on your iPhone or your watch, or just tell Siri. Say "Add to hēdan," speak the task, and it's saved without opening the app. In the app, add a date or a time if it matters. Or don't. hēdan ranks everything itself. What's urgent rises. What you skip steps aside and comes back when it makes sense. There is no manual sorting, because sorting is a job, and you already have one. When a task is in front of you, do it or skip it. Skipping is not failure. There are no streaks to break, no guilt trips, no "you haven't completed a task in 3 days." hēdan does not editorialize on your behavior.
