Free for up to two properties, for as long as you like - including rent tracking and compliance tracking with a reminder for each item. No card, no account.
RentAssist Pro unlocks unlimited properties and tenants, maintenance tracking, reports, every compliance reminder and deadlines on your Home screen, on a monthly or an annual plan. New subscribers can try Pro free before paying. The annual plan works out cheaper than paying by the month.
Prices are shown in your own currency in the App Store and in the app, and vary by region; in the United States Pro is USD 9.99 per month or USD 99.99 per year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
