Whisperbox is a cinematic, spooky "spirit box" audio toy built for entertainment. Start a session, slip on your headphones, and let the box sweep through banks of whispery phonetic fragments, layered with reverb, echo, and atmospheric static. Your imagination does the rest.
ENTERTAINMENT, NOT THE SUPERNATURAL
Whisperbox is a work of fiction made for fun. It does not detect, contact, or communicate with spirits, ghosts, or the dead. Every sound is randomly generated audio, and the on-screen field meter is a theatrical visual effect. It is a campfire-story machine for ghost-hunt nights, sleepovers, road trips, and Halloween - not a scientific instrument.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Spirit Box engine: a continuous sweep through whispery fragment banks with an adjustable rate, from slow and clear to fast chatter.
- Effects chamber: reverb and echo presets plus a background static bed for a moody, cinematic sound.
- Multiple banks: toggle and layer different voices and textures to change the mood.
- EVP recorder: capture a session, save it with a timestamp, then relisten and scrub back through it.
- The Field: a theatrical, sensor-driven meter with lights and haptics - openly fictional, just for atmosphere.
