WHAT IS UNDER ALL OF IT Your week is the whole app. The session, what is left to eat, a fast if you are running one, and anything you wrote down yourself, on one list per day. A plus on every day takes a task, a routine, a walk, an AMRAP or an EMOM, a scan, a dinner out, or a week away. Anything placed repeats until you stop it. On your wrist, the same day and a Start button. Ten goals, programmed separately: running, aesthetics, functional, HIIT, tactical, bodybuilding, powerlifting, sport, hybrid, and VO2 max, with two hard days a week, easy days around them, and a ramp for beginners. PROGRAMMING THAT SHOWS ITS SOURCES Every prescription traces to published research, and the app puts the papers in front of you. Sets, rest, progression, rate of loss, protein, how fast load may climb before your tendons catch up with your muscles. 201 studies, each attached to something the app actually does. Where the evidence is contested, MVIII says so. IT ADAPTS TO THE BODY YOU HAVE Excess skin after major weight loss, pelvic floor, prenatal, postpartum with diastasis, lipedema, a disability, training past 55. Stack, in Pro. Shots, pills, and supplements are logged from the day in one tap, under names you choose, filed as hormone therapy, peptides, medication, or supplements. Something taken daily is logged once, as started. Show patterns lines up your own logged food, weight, measured lean mass, and training with each dose. Coach 8 reads it back only when asked, and never suggests changing anything you take. It stays on the phone: never uploaded, never in a backup. On iOS 26, doses logged in Apple Health's Medications come in too. VO2 Max is a goal now. Two hard days a week, four bouts of four minutes, easy days around them, and a ramp of easy running before a beginner gets either. Effort is described as a feeling, never a heart rate zone. Pro. Coach 8 reads Apple Health, with your permission: last night's sleep, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability against your own month, steps, workouts other apps recorded, and your watch's VO2 max as a trend. The heart rate your watch measures during a session is kept with the session. Routines. A morning is chin tucks, then washing your face, then a glute bridge, and one list holds all of it. A facial scan's drills arrive as a routine you can edit. Anything placed on a day repeats without running out, and can be stopped from any day onward in one go. Its hour can be changed after it is placed. A group workout set for every Saturday stays set. Search, at the top of How To and at the top of Settings. Setup asks for what it needs. Equipment and height are in Settings, a first goal fills the week without a restart, and a week with no days picked starts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The tab layout is gone. Anyone who uses it opens the muscle map. The full recipe library, a week away, and the VO2 Max goal are part of Pro. Your own recipes and the ones that ship with the app stay free. Support is in Settings, under Account. Fixes. Apple Health forgot it was connected each time Settings opened. A run day with a plank at the end reached Health as a walk. How to send people to buttons that had moved, and said the facial scan blurs your face. It does not. A failed scan showed an error code.
