■ New: Export trip folders (Premium) Export each trip as its own folder, containing the record and the photos you took on that trip. Save to iCloud Drive, on this iPhone, or an external drive. Large libraries show progress and time remaining, and keep going after you close the app. If it stops partway, the next run picks up where it left off. ■ Improvements ・You can now mark any number of everyday areas — such as a home you 　moved away from. Long-press a city name and choose "This is my 　everyday area": trips around it stop being recorded, and the ones 　already saved are cleared. ・Records whose city name ended up as a country name (for example 　"United States") are now looked up and corrected automatically, along 　with any missing state or prefecture. Nothing for you to do. ■ Fixes ・Fixed some cities going missing when importing a large number of photos. ・Added "Include in device backup" so you can carry your records to a new 　phone (off by default — your records stay on this device). ・Fixed exported photos that could come out incomplete. ・Other fixes to make sure your records are never lost.

We rebuilt how trips at home are recorded. • Fixed the bug that merged every trip in your home country into a single record, which was quietly stopping domestic trips from being imported from your photos. Records that already merged are split back into separate trips with their real dates. • When an import finds nothing, it now tells you why — no location data, taken near home, or already in your diary — and lets you include photos near home with one tap. • Trips at home can be edited just like trips abroad. Tap a region for its own page, edit a single city, or split a merged trip apart. • The home side now matches the world side: from your diary, timeline or map you can reach any region's page, with its map, cities and photos.

Domestic travel is here. Trips at home are now imported from your photos, the regions you've visited fill in on a map, and tapping a city shows that city's photos — just like abroad (everyday life around home is left out; adjustable in Settings). We also greatly reduced countries appearing that you never visited, added trip editing, and deletions now stick for good.

Driftlog now speaks Traditional Chinese. The whole app — including country and region names — follows your device language.

Dark mode is here. Driftlog follows your device automatically, or pick Light/Dark yourself in Account. Plus, a city's photo page can now load more — so trips where you took a lot of photos show everything, in batches.

Your map now colors itself — for free. Every country you've visited lights up, no purchase needed (unlock the dates, cities and photos anytime). Plus: bring your past trips back from your photos, a year-end travel recap, and beautiful cards to share your journeys.

Driftlog now runs natively on iPad — your diary, map, timeline, and passport at full size on the bigger screen. Plus small refinements throughout.

Flip the app over to your home country to see the regions you've explored — the prefectures, states, and provinces you passed through, recorded automatically alongside your world map. Plus sharper city and region names, and dozens of small refinements for a smoother, more reliable diary.
