Mindful app blocking

$49.99 · In‑App Purchases

Build a calmer phone habit with a mindful pause. Choose on-device or AI reflections, with clearer privacy controls and optional analytics. Pause Before helps you stop opening distracting apps on autopilot. Choose the apps that pull you away most often. When you try to open them, Pause Before creates a short mindful unlock ritual: check in, read a grounding quote, take a breath, then decide whether to continue. The goal is not to shame you or block your phone forever. Pause Before simply adds one clear pause between impulse and action, helping you return to the present before the scroll begins. With Pause Before, you can: • Pause before opening distracting apps • Build a calmer phone habit • Complete a daily mindfulness ritual • Track your streak • Save quotes in your journal • Choose on-device or optional AI reflections • Manage your privacy and blocking controls without an account Selected apps stay on your device. AI reflections send limited ritual information to our service only with your permission. Basic analytics is optional and off by default in version 1.1. For anyone who reaches for their phone without thinking, Pause Before turns the next tap into a moment of awareness. Try the introductory ritual, then subscribe to Pause Before Premium for continued Premium access. Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription. The purchase screen displays your local App Store price, subscription length, free-trial eligibility, and renewal terms before purchase.
