Your data is yours on every plan. Backup, restore and export are never behind a paywall.
PRO — DID IT ACTUALLY WORK?
Free tells you what you took. Pro tells you what it did.
• Import a lab panel straight from your portal's PDF — 98 markers in seconds instead of typing them
• Photograph a smart-scale or gym-scanner readout and it reads the numbers for you
• Body composition trended over months: fat, muscle, water, visceral

YOUR REAL DAILY TOTAL, EVEN WHEN IT IS HIDDEN INSIDE A BLEND
If the same compound arrives from two protocols on the same day, Today now tells you. Blends are counted by their components, so running a BPC-157/TB-500 blend alongside a standalone BPC-157 protocol shows you the actual BPC-157 total across both — a number nothing in the app could show you before.
It is arithmetic on what you entered, not advice, and it never blocks logging.
WATER, STEPS AND A GOAL WEIGHT RANGE
A Daily Habits card on Today: tap water in a glass at a time, see today's steps against a goal from Apple Health, and shade a target range on your weight chart. Water is stored in ounces or millilitres, whichever you prefer, and switching between them never changes what you already logged.
NINE MORE BLENDS
Twelve to twenty-one, each with per-component milligrams so dosing by one ingredient still works. Only pairings whose ratio is established were added — a blend with a wrong ratio would quietly get every per-component dose wrong.
BIOHACK TRACK IS NOW FREE TO USE
Unlimited compounds, protocols and vials. No history limit, no ads, no account. Dose logging, half-life levels, titration and cycles, reminders, inventory and runway, the reconstitution calculator, the full compound library, site rotation, manual bloodwork and the stack warnings above are all free, permanently.
Pro adds the part that answers whether it worked: lab-portal and smart-scale import, body composition, progress photos, correlations, the doctor report, cost reports, certificates of analysis and household profiles.
If you already subscribe, nothing changes and nothing is asked of you — you keep everything, at the price you are already paying.
And on any plan, your data stays yours: backup, restore and export are never behind the paywall. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted.

A DOSE IN IU NOW SAYS IU ON EVERY SCREEN
If your protocol steps through several doses — a titration or a cycle — the lower steps could be labelled mg on the plan screen while the rest of the app correctly showed IU. It happened when no inventory item was linked to the protocol: with no vial to read the unit from, those steps fell back to the label they were first saved with.
Nothing you entered has changed. The number is the one you typed. What changed is where the label comes from: a step can no longer be shown in a different kind of unit than the protocol it belongs to. Anything already saved that way is corrected when you open the app.
Steps that deliberately use a smaller unit of the same kind — 500 mcg inside a protocol written in mg — are untouched, because that is a real way to write a titration.
YOUR WIDGET NOW SHOWS THE RIGHT AMOUNT TO DRAW
On a day covered by a titration or cycle step, the widget paired that step's dose with the protocol's usual unit. For a step written in a different unit it showed the wrong label and worked out the syringe amount from it. The widget now takes both the amount and the unit from the same place the app does.

A TIDIER DOSE ROW, IF YOU WANT ONE
Two lines under each dose on Today can now be switched off: the compound tags (the category and benefit words) and the "How'd It Feel?" chip on a logged dose. They are separate switches — wanting a shorter row is not the same as not wanting to record how a dose felt. Turning the chip off hides the prompt but keeps everything you have already recorded. Both stay on unless you change them. Settings, Today Card.
PILLS LIVE IN A BOTTLE, NOT A VIAL
If you track capsules or tablets, the app called your bottle a vial — "Adjust Vial", "Cost per Vial", "3 vials total". It now says bottle for solid forms and vial for liquids, everywhere.
A worse one came out of fixing that: Total per Bottle was reading 0 mg on a bottle of sixty 10 mg capsules. It was showing a stored figure nothing kept up to date instead of working the total out from the numbers you entered. It now reads 600 mg.

SEND A CERTIFICATE TO ANYONE
Every Certificate of Analysis now has a share button — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Save to Files. It goes out named for what it is: "BPC-157 - COA - Lot A1234.pdf", instead of an internal ID that told the recipient nothing.
SAVE THE LINK, NOT JUST THE FILE
A certificate can now be a link to the lab or vendor's page as well as a PDF or photo, or both together. Vendor pages get moved and taken down, and a downloaded file cannot be checked against its source once it has been passed around.
SEE YOUR VIAL RUNNING OUT
Settings, Today Card: the picture under each dose can now be the life left in the vial you are dosing from — one block per dose, filled for the ones still in there, so "6 of 20" is something you count rather than calculate. Your widget follows the same setting.
TWO FIXES TO WHEN DOSES ARE DUE
A protocol dated to start next week was appearing on Today straight away, with a reminder, and counting against you when you did not take it. And a dose set for the 31st never came due in a 30-day month. Both are fixed.
Finishing a protocol also no longer rewrites its past: weekly adherence and the calendar's planned doses now judge each day by what the protocol owed on that day.

SEND A CERTIFICATE TO ANYONE
Every Certificate of Analysis now has a share button — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Save to Files. It goes out named for what it is: "BPC-157 - COA - Lot A1234.pdf". Until now the file carried an internal ID, so whoever you sent it to received something like "A1B2C3D4-....pdf" with no way to tell which compound or batch it certified.
SAVE THE LINK, NOT JUST THE FILE
A certificate can now be a link to the lab or vendor's page as well as a PDF or photo, or both together. Vendor pages get moved and taken down, and a downloaded file cannot be checked against its source once it has been passed around.

A protocol dated to start next week was appearing on Today straight away, with a reminder, and counting against you when you did not take it. And a dose set for the 31st never came due in a 30-day month — February, April, June, September and November were skipped entirely.
Finishing a protocol also no longer rewrites its past: weekly adherence and the calendar's planned doses now judge each day by what the protocol owed on that day.

SEE YOUR VIAL RUNNING OUT, WITHOUT OPENING INVENTORY
The picture under each dose on Today is now your choice. Vial Remaining shows the life left in the vial you are dosing from — one block per dose, filled for the ones still in there, so "4 of 6" is something you count rather than calculate. None (Compact) removes the graphic entirely. The syringe draw stays the default, so nothing changes unless you change it. Settings, Today Card.
Inventory used to say "1.3 mL remaining" and leave you to do the arithmetic. It now reads doses, amount and volume together.
ALSO FIXED
A vial holding exactly two doses could report one. And a vial emptied by dosing was never counted as finished, so the spare behind it never opened and Restock would not refill it.

NUMBERS NOW DISPLAY THE WAY YOUR REGION WRITES THEM
The last update fixed typing decimals with a comma. This one fixes showing them.
If your region writes 82,5 rather than 82.5, the daily check-in and the inventory editor were still filling their fields with a dot — so you were shown a number in a format your own keyboard does not produce. Weight, body fat, waist, chest, calories and the rest now display with your region's decimal separator, matching what you type.

3.14 Aug 22
FIXES FOR IU COMPOUNDS AND FOR COMMA DECIMAL SEPARATORS
If your region writes numbers as 1,53 rather than 1.53 — most of Europe and South America — a lot of this update is for you.
NUMBER ENTRY WORKS ON COMMA-DECIMAL DEVICES
Typing a decimal with a comma was being silently rejected across the app. The daily check-in was the worst hit: weight, body fat, waist, chest, calories and more simply would not accept what you typed. Editing a single dose left its Save button greyed out no matter what you entered, and a half-life you typed was dropped when you saved. Every one of those fields now reads numbers the way your device writes them, and still accepts a dot if you paste a value from elsewhere.
THE SYRINGE IS BACK ON IU COMPOUNDS
The syringe graphic and the "23 units" draw amount had vanished from HGH and other IU compounds on the Today screen while every other compound kept theirs. That display is what tells you how far to pull the plunger, and it had been silently switched off.
RECALCULATE FROM DRAW UNITS NO LONGER SWITCHES YOU TO MG
On an IU compound, entering your draw units and tapping Apply changed the unit to mg by itself, and correcting it back to IU then removed the syringe. Both fixed.
CHANGING THE UNIT NOW CONVERTS THE DOSE
Switching from mg to mcg kept the same number, quietly meaning a dose a thousand times smaller. It now converts properly. Between IU and mg, which have no fixed relationship, the app leaves your number alone rather than inventing one.

3.13 Aug 21
IU DOSES NOW COME OFF YOUR VIAL — PROPERLY THIS TIME
If you dose in international units (HGH and similar), logging a dose from the Today screen still recorded it in mg and still took nothing off your vial, even after the last two updates. Your remaining amount never moved.
The previous fixes covered the protocol editor and the manual Log a Dose screen. They did not cover the way most doses are actually logged: the Today screen, swipe-to-log, Log All, the notification button, the widget and Siri. All of those now read the unit from the vial itself, so an IU vial is dosed in IU no matter what — and the dose is subtracted from your stock the moment you log it.
A protocol linked to its vial through a titration phase was also being skipped by the repair entirely. That is fixed too, so those protocols correct themselves on first launch.
Please note: doses logged in mg before this update never came off your vials, so your remaining amounts may still read high. The units on those entries are corrected automatically, but the app cannot know which vial each past dose came from, so it will not guess.
ALSO IN THIS UPDATE
Your doctor report's active-levels chart now grows to fit however many compounds you take — it was cutting off everything past the first few. Section headings no longer strand at the bottom of a page, and a caption that was cut off mid-sentence is fixed.

3.12 Aug 20
This update fixes an inventory bug affecting anyone dosing in IU, and rebuilds what your doctor sees when you share your record.
IU DOSES DEDUCT FROM YOUR VIAL AGAIN
If you dose in international units - HGH and similar - logging a dose from the Log a Dose screen saved it in mg and took nothing off your vial. The screen defaulted to mg regardless of what the vial holds, so the dose was recorded in the wrong unit and your remaining stock never moved. The last update repaired your existing schedules and history but did not cover this screen. Every place a dose can be written now follows one rule: an IU vial gets IU, always. A titration phase left in mg under an IU schedule is repaired too.
YOUR DOCTOR SEES YOUR WHOLE RECORD NOW
Sharing with your provider always sent everything you ticked - but the screen your doctor opens only showed your latest weight, blood pressure and body fat. Everything else you log arrived and was never displayed.
It now opens the way the report does: your name, then At a Glance - start to current with dates for weight, body fat, waist, muscle mass, blood pressure, sleep and your own check-in scores - then Key Insights.
Below that: your daily metrics with averages, all five measurements, full body composition and scan results, lab results with their trend and reference range, your check-in notes, and Side Effects and Symptoms. That last one matters most - nausea, palpitations, injection-site reactions and the rest were collected and never shown to the one person who needed them.
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS
You can now include progress photos as a before-and-after comparison: the first and most recent shot of each angle, side by side with the dates and the days between them, instead of your entire photo history. Sending everything is still an option. Photos remain off by default.
THE DOSE LIST MOVED TO THE END
It is uncapped by design, so on a full history it ran to hundreds of rows and pushed your labs, side effects and photos far out of reach. Summary first, detail after.

3.11 Aug 19
This update rebuilds the doctor report around what a clinician reads first, plus the accuracy fixes from the last version.
YOUR REPORT OPENS WITH THE ANSWER
Your name leads the document, followed by "At a Glance": every headline metric as start to current, with the dates and the change. Weight, body fat, waist, muscle mass, blood pressure, sleep and your own check-in scores - the whole trajectory in eight lines, before any detail.
Key Insights are in the export now too. Those plain-language observations were on your Health and Progress screens but never reached the document you actually hand over.
THE THINGS YOU LOG EVERY DAY ARE IN IT
Energy, Mood, Sleep Quality - and any metric you added yourself - plus hours slept and calories. All of it was collected and charted in the app, then left out of the report entirely: your doctor saw body-fat percentage while how you actually felt was missing. Each now shows start to current, average, range and entry count.
LAB TRENDS THAT ACTUALLY APPEAR
Lab results only trended if a marker had two readings inside the report's date range, so bloodwork taken every few months and read over 30 or 90 days showed no trend at all. There is now a Marker Trends table that compares against the previous reading on file even when it predates the period.
CHARTS STAY WITH THEIR HEADINGS
A chart whose heading just fit at the bottom of a page left that heading stranded and jumped to the next - and a chart ending at a page foot left its caption behind, including "Not a clinical measurement". These now move as one block. The footer was also cut off mid-sentence on every report ever exported.
ALSO INCLUDED
The levels-chart, concentration and low-stock fixes from the previous update.

3.10 Aug 19
This release fixes a serious bug affecting anyone whose vials are measured in International Units (IU) - growth hormone, hCG, and similar.
THE PROBLEM
If your vial was measured in IU but your protocol was recorded in milligrams, the app could not compare the two - there is no fixed IU-to-mg conversion, it differs per compound. Instead of saying so, it treated the answer as zero. That meant:
- "Out of stock at current dosing rate" and "Critically Low" on vials that were completely full
- "Doses left" falling back to raw millilitres
- Logging a dose deducted nothing at all, so your remaining stock never moved
WHAT IS FIXED
- Stock, doses left, days of supply and reorder warnings now work correctly on IU vials.
- Protocols and dose history stored in mg against an IU vial have been relabelled to IU. The amounts you entered are unchanged - only the unit label. A one-time note tells you how many past doses were affected.
- Your "In Your System" chart for those compounds now reads lower, and correctly: an IU number had been plotted as though it were milligrams.
- Because doses were not deducting while this was broken, affected vials show a one-time notice with a shortcut to Correct This Vial so you can enter what is actually left. The app will not guess that number for you - the vial in front of you is the only reliable answer.
- A protocol drawn from an IU vial is now kept in IU automatically, so it cannot drift into this state again.
Vials measured in mg are not affected.

3.8 Aug 18
Version 3.7
Low stock now works the way you'd actually think about it — in DAYS OF SUPPLY, not as a percentage of the container:
- "Low" when you have under 30 days left at your current dosing rate, "Critically Low" under 15. Both adjustable in Settings
- This matters most for capsules and tablets. A 30-count bottle taken twice a day used to wait until 6 were left — three days' notice. Now it warns a month out
- It counts every vial or bottle of that compound you have, so a big container and a small one warn at the same point in time
- Reorder reminders use the same threshold, so the badge and the notification can no longer disagree
Also fixed, from your reports:
- The evening "doses remaining" reminder shows the number you actually have left, and updates if you undo a dose
- Low stock no longer fires when you have plenty of a compound filed under separate vendors or lots
- "Doses left" on Today and on a protocol counts your whole supply, not just one vial
Plus: turn stock badges and reorder reminders on or off independently, per household member, included in your backup.
3.7 Aug 18
Version 3.4
- Reschedule a dose to any date AND time you choose, instead of always being bumped to tomorrow. Shortcuts for Later Today, Tomorrow, and Next Week
- Fixed: moving a dose no longer quietly removes it from your adherence total. A rescheduled dose is still owed - it now counts on the day you moved it to, so your percentage stays honest
- Skipping a dose works exactly as before: a skip is a decision not to dose, and never counts against you
3.4 Aug 14
Version 3.3
- New "Arrange by" control sits right above your Inventory and Compound Library, so sorting is one tap instead of buried in a menu
- Inventory sorts by Recently Added, Name, Least Stock First, or Category
- The Compound Library can now be arranged by Category, Name, what's In Your Protocols, or Your Own Compounds - so the compounds you actually use are at the top of a 200-compound list
- Export Doctor Report, Export Financial Report, and Share With Your Provider are now in the + menu on every tab, not just some of them
- Light Mode polish
3.3 Aug 14
Blends now show exactly what's in them.
• Composition — every library blend lists each compound's mg, its concentration, and the blend ratio. No more hunting through a paragraph.
• Dose by one compound — dose KLOW by its GHK-Cu and the app works out the total, the draw and what every other compound delivers, live as you type.
• Protocol end dates — set a stop date or a duration in weeks, with a countdown. Nothing after it counts as a missed dose.
• Tell your vials apart — inventory pickers now show strength, vendor, lot and what's left, so three vials of the same compound are no longer three identical rows.
• Sort your inventory by name, stock, or category.
• Vials you added by hand now find their compound automatically, so blends set up before this update show their full breakdown without you re-entering anything.
• Backups now include your settings — height, date of birth, goals, units, currency and achievements come back with a restore instead of being re-entered.
Fixes: editing a dose that spanned two vials left the second vial short; a dose that outran its vial could draw from another household member's stock; and several protocol-ended states (reminders, low-stock alerts, adherence) kept running after a protocol finished.
3.2 Aug 14
Version 3.1
PROTOCOLS CAN FINISH NOW
- You ran your twelve weeks and you're done. There was never a way to say so, only Pause, which reads as "stopped for now" — so finished cycles sat in your list looking like they were coming back
- Open a protocol and tap Finish Protocol. It moves to a Completed section with the date it ended, and nothing after that counts as a missed dose or drags on your adherence
- Pause still means "stopped for now". Resuming a finished protocol puts it straight back and clears the finish date
- Your Doctor Report and provider snapshot now say Completed with the date, separately from a protocol that's merely on hold — and the provider snapshot includes protocols you've stopped, which it used to leave out entirely
PICK WHICH VIAL YOU'RE DOSING FROM
- Several vials of one compound, different strengths or vendors, and no way to say which to use next. Swipe a vial and tap Dose From This
- The vial currently in play is marked so you can see it at a glance
- If the switch changes your syringe draw, because that vial is mixed differently, you're told before you commit
- FIXED: a protocol created straight from a vial never picked up replacement stock when that vial ran dry. It kept pointing at the empty one
IT TELLS YOU BEFORE IT CHANGES HISTORY
- Changing a protocol's frequency re-scores adherence for days that already happened — the number you hand a doctor. The app now says so first, with how many doses are affected
- Edits that recalculate on purpose, like a corrected half-life or height, stay quiet — fixing those is the whole point
A DOSE THAT FINISHES ONE VIAL AND STARTS ANOTHER
- Your vial has 20 units left and your dose is 40. You draw the last 20, then the rest from another vial
- Only the first 20 used to be deducted. The second vial was never touched, reading high from then on and never charged for the dose
- The app now asks which vial you finished out of, deducts both halves, and puts both back if you undo. It converts across strengths too: 500 mcg out of a 5000 mcg/mL vial is 0.1 mL, not 0.2
3.1 Aug 13
Version 3.0.5
FINISHED VIALS KNOW THEY'RE FINISHED
- Used-up vials move to their own Past Inventory section and dim, instead of sitting among your working stock behind a small badge. They stay listed on purpose: your dose history and spend figures are calculated from them
- You can finally mark your LAST vial empty. "Ran Out" used to disappear once you were down to one, which is exactly when you want it. It is now offered at every count
A WARNING BEFORE YOU REWRITE HISTORY
- A dose's cost is not stored, it is worked out from its vial's amount and price. Editing those on a vial you have already dosed from quietly changes what every one of those doses appears to have cost. The app now tells you, with the number of doses affected, before you save
- Switching currency warns too. BioHack Track never converts between currencies, so existing amounts would simply re-read as the new one
YOUR DOCTOR CAN SEE WHEN YOU STOPPED
- The Doctor Report and the provider snapshot said a protocol was paused without saying when, and stopped protocols were left out of the provider share entirely. Both now carry the real dates, including any stop-and-restart gaps, so a clinician reading a lab trend can see what you were and were not taking at the time
HELP
- New topics for the things that are not obvious: finishing a protocol you have completed, switching to a different vial size without wrecking your cost history, what deleting actually removes, and which figures are recorded once versus recalculated every time you look
SMALL THINGS
- Build a Blend is now in the Inventory menu as well as the Library
- The reconstitution calculator's 3/5/10 mL buttons are labelled Vial Size, with a note that they size the graphic rather than change your concentration
- Fixed a scattering of "1 photos"-style wording
3.0.5 Aug 12
Version 3.0.4
THE SYRINGE DRAW, ON EVERY DOSE
- The draw graphic used to appear on your next dose only. It is now on every dose for the day, so a second injection, or a second compound, shows you where to pull to without making you remember the first one
- Doses you have already logged keep their draw graphic too
- Tap a dose to log it and the syringe now leads the screen, with the barrel's own graduations and a red line at your exact draw
- Change the amount while logging and the draw moves with it, so a corrected dose never leaves a stale number on screen
- Tap any syringe for the magnified close-up
FIXES
- The unit numbers printed under the syringe were clipped along the bottom edge on the protocol detail and reconstitution calculator screens. They now render in full at every size
- The draw readout no longer truncates at the largest accessibility text sizes
3.0.4 Aug 11
Version 3.0.3
- Improved how we measure which channels bring people to BioHack Track, so advertising money goes further and back into the app
- You'll see a one-time prompt asking whether we can measure ad performance. Declining it changes nothing about how the app works
- None of your health, dose, lab or photo data is ever part of this
- Stability and performance improvements
3.0.3 Aug 10
Version 3.0.2
- Your doctor report now lists your actual protocols. The Protocols section is built from your real schedules - name, status, dose, frequency, route, start date and week number - instead of appearing empty
- Long protocol names and notes no longer get cut off in the exported PDF
- Certificates of Analysis can now be labelled with the testing lab and your own notes, and those details are searchable
- Cleaner report layout: empty symptom headings no longer appear above "no symptoms logged"
- Backup summary no longer shows a confusing empty Protocols count
- Additional fixes and reliability improvements
3.0.2 Aug 9
Following up 3.0's household profiles with a deep data-integrity pass — every fix below was found by aggressively hunting for edge cases, then proven fixed with automated tests.
HOUSEHOLD FIXES
- Siri "Log Dose" now always logs the phone owner's dose, never another household member's
- Importing labs for one household member no longer skips results that happen to match another member's values from the same day
- Lab retest reminders and the evening dose nudge are now fully per-person — one member's activity can't cancel or overwrite another's
DATA-INTEGRITY FIXES
- Custom blends built in Blend Builder now keep their full ingredient list when restored onto a new phone
- Check-in CSV exports now round-trip sleep hours and blood pressure, and dates stay on the correct day in every timezone
- Pill/capsule doses smaller than one unit now correctly reduce stock, so bottles deplete and low-stock alerts fire
- Skipping a dose on a day with a dose-amount override now reliably takes effect
- Dose reminders are rebuilt immediately after restoring a backup onto a new phone
- Deleting data now also removes attached certificate and photo files, freeing storage
- Built-in library compounds can no longer be deleted out from under your inventory and history
For personal tracking only, not medical advice.
3.0.1 Aug 8
NEW: Multi-Profile Support for Households
Track more than one person from a single install. Add a profile for a partner, family member, or anyone else in your household, and BioHack Track keeps everyone's data completely separate:
- Each profile gets its own schedules, dose logs, inventory, lab results, check-ins, photos, and achievements
- Switch profiles with one tap from the Today tab
- Dose reminders still fire for everyone, even for a profile you're not currently viewing
- Search and backups cover your whole household
- Apple Health auto-sync stays tied to the phone's owner, as it should
Add, rename, recolor, reorder, or remove profiles anytime from the profile switcher or Settings.
FIX
- The "Manage Profiles" screen now has a visible Close button (previously only swipe-to-dismiss worked from one entry point).
For personal tracking only, not medical advice.
3.0 Aug 8
A broad bug-fixing release — no new screens, just things working the way they should.
RELIABILITY
- Fixed a rare timing issue where logging one dose could silently cancel a pending "Snooze 1h" reminder for a different one.
- Fixed the syringe-draw chart mislabeling some IU-dosed compounds (custom compounds, some fertility hormones, Vitamin D3) with the wrong scale.
- "Next injection site" now always reflects what you actually logged, even if you override the suggestion or delete a past entry.
- Fixed a rare case where a rescheduled dose could get stuck and never show up again if you paused the protocol beforehand.
DATA & EXPORTS
- Smart-scale scan data (segmental analysis, fitness score, written advice) is now included in account backups and the doctor report — previously only a partial summary was saved.
- Dose-log and lab-result CSV exports now include side-effect tags and notes.
- Deleting an inventory item now also removes its attached lab certificates from storage.
POLISH
- "Longest streak" now always matches your actual dose history instead of occasionally showing a stale number.
- Fixed three achievements (Inventory Pro, Lab Rat, Biohacker) that could never unlock.
- Duplicating a protocol now correctly copies its reconstitution settings and cycle-phase plan.
For personal tracking only, not medical advice.
2.6.5 Aug 5
For personal tracking only, not medical advice.
