Your papers can print in Urdu now, every paper can wear a look you pick, and a product you rename changes its name in your old khatas too. YOUR PAPERS IN URDU • In More, tap Customize invoices & receipts, open a paper and turn on Urdu paper (اردو). • Every heading, label and footer prints in real Urdu, right to left. • Sale invoice, entry receipt, khata statement, person statement, counter sale receipt, return receipt and account details each have their own switch. • Your own words — names, items, notes — and the money stay exactly as you wrote them. • It is free on every plan. PICK HOW A PAPER LOOKS • Nearly every paper's Customize page now has a Choose design card with five looks: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold and Compact. • Classic and Modern are free. Minimal, Bold and Compact need Pro Lite or Pro. • A free shop that had picked one of those three for its counter sale receipt now prints the plain Modern slip. Nothing is deleted — your look comes back the day your plan does. A NAME CHANGE THAT REACHES YOUR OLD KHATAS • Rename a product and the app asks "Change the name in old khatas too?". • Say Change them and every old sold and bought line takes the new name, on paper as well, together with the notes that name it in Cash & Bank. • Names you typed by hand are never touched. • Said no at the time? The product page's menu has Update old khatas. TWO NEW PAPERS • Open a return and tap Return receipt: a PDF or picture the customer can keep — what came back, and the money. A return can be fixed now too: open it and tap Edit entry. • Open a purchase bill and tap Bill paper: every item, quantity, rate and amount, on your own letterhead. MORE IN THIS UPDATE • The Diya form has a "Gave items?" switch: turn it on and the item list sits on the form itself, above the amount box. Type the total you are charging and the item prices follow it. • The add-investor form now has the same Customize this page button as the customer, supplier and product forms. • A person's hours sheet on Attendance is three short rows of eight, 1 to 24 hours, with a minus and plus pair on the total. • Any item paper can show or hide the unit (kg, piece). • A sale line takes quantities up to 999,999. • On Customers, tap Select at the top to tick many names. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAYMENT METHODS • On some shops a saved account title or QR picture went missing. Open More, then Payment methods: if one is empty, write it again and it stays this time. • Guarantor names and blocked chats reach your other phones again too. Plus smaller fixes and polish throughout the app.

Move customers and loan people between your shops, investors who buy goods from you, and a sale invoice that finally shows the price per item. MOVE BETWEEN YOUR SHOPS • On Customers, press and hold to select, tap the move icon, then pick Move or Copy and the shop they go to. • The app tells you how many went across and why any stayed behind. • A loan person can move or copy too, with every entry he has. The accounts his entries used are shared into that shop, so the money still matches on both sides. • A person with a written-off amount cannot be moved, only copied, because that loss belongs to the shop where it happened. INVESTORS CAN BUY FROM YOU • Open an investor and tap Give product: he gets his own khata like any customer. • His investor page shows what he owes for goods beside what he invested, and his customer row carries an Investor tag. • When he buys, you can tick Paid from investment instead of choosing an account. It comes straight off his investment on his own page. • You cannot take more than he has invested; the app stops the entry and tells you what is left. A CLEARER SALE INVOICE • The item table now has a Rate column, so the customer sees the price of one item beside the amount. • If you gave a discount, the payment breakdown opens with Subtotal and Discount above the Total. • Both are switches in Customize: More, Documents, Sale invoice, Invoice sections. Both are on to start with. • Per-item prices are now worked out correctly on a khata that had more than one sale on it. MORE IN THIS UPDATE • Expense insights keep the filter exactly as you set it, for each shop, even after you close the app. • The Products header shows what your stock cost you and what it sells for. • A screen opened from a notification now always has a way back home. Plus smaller fixes and polish throughout the app.

An attendance sheet you can print, a 6 pm attendance reminder, supplier totals for any dates, profit from your own buy rate, and far less mobile data on every sync. ATTENDANCE • Employees, export, Attendance sheet: a register for any dates, one row per person, one box per day, with totals and a legend. • A reminder around 6 pm when your shop has not marked attendance today. The midnight "attendance missing" notice is gone. SUPPLIERS • Pick the dates once on the Suppliers filter, then Show: Paid to them, Purchased or Bonus given, with a total and each supplier's share. • Pay on the left, Received on the right, each with reasons, including "He paid an expense for us". PROFIT AND BUY RATES • Profit on the sale entry itself, on the day book and on the counter bill. Owner only. • The buy rate you write on a product is now the base of the profit on every new sale. • Bought at two rates? Pick the rate you really paid from a small list on the sale line. • Buy rate 0 means free; an empty box means the rate is not known. STOCK • Add a missing buy rate or barcode right on the Needs attention cards. • Stock-in comes pre-filled with the last rates and a live profit chip. • Import products two ways: our sample file, or any AI with our prompt. Groups become folders. RETURNS • Return items opens with the bill already ticked. • A cash refund can go above the goods; the extra is counted as loss. • A Loss in returns row sits under Profit on the bill and on the sale entry. • A fully returned bill no longer offers Return items. LINK A TYPED ITEM • A hand-typed sale line can be linked to a stock product: stock and profit start counting, and the price and the khata total stay as you typed them. FASTER AND LIGHTER • A sync now asks the server one question instead of about eighty and fetches only what changed. Far less data and battery. • The online ping stops the moment you leave the app. MORE IN THIS UPDATE • Remember last account (in Settings): every new money form opens on the account you used last in that shop, the drawer and your banks included. • A filter, sort, saved board view or export template set in one shop no longer shows up in your other shops. • The salary statement and the attendance sheet have their own document settings. • Every money row opens its own page, and a jump lands with the row lit up. • Filter dates read the same way on every screen. • A refund is no longer flagged as a duplicate of its own sale. • The total of an older khata never changes by itself when you add an item. • A refund can no longer be capped at Rs 0. • No jump when a counter bill opens; profit rows load in place. Counter sale for the walk-in customer, returns on any khata, buying from a customer, one bank account across your shops, and a PIN before every delete. COUNTER SALE • A bill for the customer who walks in, pays and leaves: paid on the spot, its own number series, no khata. • A new Counter sale tile on Home opens the Counter sales page with search, filters and a New sale button. • The receipt is a real document: 80 mm or 58 mm roll or A4, three looks, an item table, a PAID mark, your own thank-you line. • Switch off the form fields your counter does not need. Returns, staff permissions and approvals are its own. RETURN ITEMS ON ANY KHATA • Open a khata, tap the three dots, Return items. Pick the lines that came back. • Adjust in khata (the customer owes less) or Refund cash (money leaves the account you pick). • On an installment khata the return is adjusted in the plan and the last installments get smaller. • The Profit page gets a Loss in returns line: the refund minus what the goods cost you, on the day of the return. • A new staff switch, Take a return (goods back), with its own approval. BUY FROM A CUSTOMER • On his profile, three dots, Buy from this customer, or the Buy from a customer row in Stock in. • His purchases sit in their own block under his khata. What he owes you and what you owe him never touch. • Pay him exactly like a supplier, print a Purchase statement, and see everyone in Customers you bought from on the Suppliers page. ONE BANK ACCOUNT ACROSS YOUR SHOPS • Share with other shops on an account (owner only), with a starting balance per shop. • This shop or All shops on the account page: one balance per shop, or every shop's entries in one ledger. • Other shops' rows are marked and view-only. The statement can print across shops. A Settings switch puts the all-shops figure on Home. TWO OR THREE INSTALLMENT PLANS ON ONE KHATA • Draft alternatives on the khata, switch with the difference dated today, rename a plan. • The customer sees every plan in his app and can ask for one; you approve or reject from the khata. • The invoice asks which plans to print, together on one page or each on its own. • Free 1 plan, Pro Lite 3, Pro as many as you need. PROFIT ENTRIES AND EXPENSE FOLDERS • All profit entries on the Profit page: every event behind the number, one row each, with a door back to where it came from. • Add your own profit or minus line by hand. • Expense categories open as folders with totals, sub-categories and a path at the top. Pick Categories first in the Expenses view settings. A PIN BEFORE EVERY DELETE • Settings, PIN before delete: every delete asks your app-lock PIN first, Delete forever in Trash included. • Trash names who deleted each row and opens to the full detail. • An edit approval card shows exactly what changed, field by field. INVITE & EARN • Send your own invite link or code from More > Invite & earn - your code and your link side by side, with a copy button on each. • The shopkeeper you invite gets 1 month Pro FREE the day he opens Wasoolo with your code. • As he really starts using Wasoolo for his own shop, you earn free Pro months yourself. • In Pakistan you also earn 20% cash of his first Pro payment. It waits 30 days - the same window a payment can be refunded in. • Ask for your money from Rs 3,000: send your ID once, add your bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash account, and every request is checked by hand before the money goes out. • Your customers and your staff can invite shopkeepers too and earn the same 20% cash. An employee's referral money is his own, and his shop owner never sees it. • Opened Wasoolo before your friend sent you his code? There is a place to type it now - on the login screen and in Settings - and it still works for a few days after you sign up. • The page opens even with no signal, and tells you how old the numbers are instead of leaving you at a spinner. MY REMINDERS - AND REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY RING • More > My reminders: write anything you must not forget - a topic, the details, up to 6 photos, and the customer or supplier it is about. • Two lists, To do and Done, with the late ones on top and a search box. • Pick a day and a time, or no date at all, or make it repeat every day, week, month or year. • Choosing the time is one screen: a calendar with a rolling clock right under it, and Morning, Noon, Evening, Night in one tap. • A filter button shows only what is late, or one month, or one person, and tells you how many. • Every reminder now reaches your phone as a real notification. They used to arrive silently in your alerts and never ring. ZAKAT, AND WHAT YOUR SHOP IS WORTH • Business Tools > Zakat takes what your business is worth today and shows 2.5% of it. The worth is yours to change, every zakat you save is kept in a history you can tick off, and three reminders arrive each Ramadan. • Insights opens with TOTAL BUSINESS WORTH: cash and bank, what customers owe, and stock, less what you owe suppliers and your team. Every line has its own switch, there is a growth chart from 7 days to a year, and you can ask for any single day. YOUR QIST PRICE, AND YOUR PROFIT • The installment plan's Total is yours to type again, and whatever you add over the items' own price is divided between those items in the same proportion. The profit % box does the same thing from the other side, and the rates you change here belong to that khata only. • Every khata now shows what the goods cost you and what you made on them, with its own permissions and one Settings switch to hide the line for the whole shop. COMPLAINTS — YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN TELL YOU WHAT'S WRONG A customer can now open a complaint from their app: write the problem, attach photos, and watch its status move — Pending, Working on it, Done. Every reply and every status change sends them an alert, and both of you can keep talking inside the complaint like a chat. Your side lives in More > Complaints, with a pending count, search, and filters by status and date — and you can open a complaint for a customer yourself. PAYING YOU IS A FULL PAGE NOW The customer's "Make a payment" popup became a clear page: the amount with one-tap Late / Due / Full, your payment methods with copyable details and QR, and the payment screenshot can be taken with the camera — with a real preview before sending. THE APP'S OWN CAMERA, EVERYWHERE Chat images, complaint photos, payment and dispute screenshots all offer Camera or Gallery now — shoot, edit, send, without leaving the app. YOUR ALERTS, YOUR RULES • Swipe any received alert away, or delete them all with one button — for shopkeepers, staff and customers. • One master switch turns all alerts on or off, and customers finally have their own alert settings too. • You choose which alerts each customer gets: entries, payments, reminders, messages — per customer, per group, or for all. Type the profit, tick who is in, and each partner's share is worked out from what he put in — down to the last paisa. • Save every investor once: his name, his shop, his phone, his WhatsApp, how much he invested, even a photo of his CNIC or the agreement. • A partner who also runs the shop can take his part for the work off the top first; whatever is left divides by investment. • Every hisaab is saved under a name you choose, and each investor's page shows every rupee you have ever given him. • Send the hisaab out as a PDF, a picture, or a WhatsApp message — on your own shop's letterhead. INSTALLMENTS, SHOWN HONESTLY • Edit plan now shows what is still LEFT on an installment a customer has part-paid — a 9,000 qist with 3,000 received shows 6,000, not 9,000. • The plan card names the money already received, so every figure on the screen adds up. • Your customer's app shows the late amount next to the days late, and the next payment next to its due date. YOUR STAFF AND YOUR CUSTOMERS • Ending a staff login now works even while his app is open, and you can see every phone that login is saved on. • Permissions and Approvals are one compact screen: every group open at once, with a search box to find any single permission. • Customer permissions can be set for a whole group of customers at once, not just one by one. SMALLER THINGS THAT ADD UP • Every khata row shows how much of its recovery came in on time and how much came in advance. • The customer app has no banner ads at all any more. • Khata list export: choose whether to print the total number of khatas. • Switching between accounts is faster, and warns you before it leaves anything unsent.

Recovered money now splits into Normal and Advance, so early payments no longer flatter your recovery rate — and it can never cross 100%. RECOVERY & MONEY • A new tick lets you leave out old late money and judge this month on its own. • Filter khatas by how much you have recovered, and by sale amount over any date range. • Due filters show exactly how much is due, right on the row. • Hide every balance with one tap; showing them again asks your PIN or fingerprint. FINDING THINGS • Tap a row in Approvals, History or a notification and the app opens that exact record, scrolls to it, and glows it for a few seconds. • Search a khata by its number even when it has letters, like 280B or A-15. • Search customers by profession. • "Open where I left off" reopens the app on your last screen. KHATA GROUPS • Group related khatas, then filter, hide, remind or message the whole group at once. • A hidden group now hides everywhere — Home totals, every list, exports and reminders. Nothing is deleted. CUSTOMERS & PRIVACY • Choose exactly what each customer can see: description, extra fields, installment plan, item name — for everyone, a group, or one single customer. • New: show or hide the khatas a customer is a guarantor for in your shop. • Customer groups are one tap away, and customer login is much faster.
